After some discussion that has actually been taking place for... quite a while, canonized human characters are now open for character creation. Who does this mean? All your favorite gym leaders, heroes, rivals, champions, companions and whoever else the pokemon universe has unveiled to us are now at your own disposal. A few rules regarding this, however:

-They will require normal amounts of tickets
-Only Elite members are allowed to make these characters
-Only three human characters are allowed per user at the moment: this will probably change later. Records of who has who will be kept by staff, and must also be sent to staff for approval FIRST, before any profile is posted
-Staff may dual a human with their Legend profile
-Only one Resistance account will be allowed per user, which must also be approved by Suicune. There must also be some sort of plan for the character, like a vague plot line for your Resistance character to follow
-No doubles: two of one character cannot exist
-This is a first come, first serve basis
