"Lead the way." Ariana heard Dave said before he motion for Deadpool to lead the way. She watch as Deadpool did so before she went beside Dave and nuzzled him slightly before giving him a small smile. She was really glad he decided to stay. She began to walk beside the Ampharos and followed Deadpool to the PokeMart. She watch with widen eyes when she saw an opening appear before Deadpool walked in. Ariana looked at Dave and made sure to stay beside him as she followed Deadpool hearing the dual type say, "Here it is! Right underneath those garbage bins is a hatch to my old home! Ahh.... I miss Cipher. The endless missions, the constant stealth ops assassinations. It was so much easier then. Home sweet home kiddies! Dear sweet Cipher how I've missed ya!" She looked around even though she caught the scent of the dead in here at least smell any infected here.

Slightly happier now that even Dave rejoined the group, Acid walked near Deadpool to the Pokemart, for finding the hideout that the Weavile promised to find.

Once entered in the Pokemart, the dual type opened a hatch, letting the rest of the group to enter. Acid blinked as he looked around the Cipher forces' hideout, and looked with no emotions the dead bodies...he couldn't find any pity for them: afterall, he hunted them for years.

This is exactly how I imagined it to be. Acid thought, referring to the look of the place. Cold, military...the perfect rappresentation of Cipher. After everyone entered, he closed the hatch, for preventing any encounters with the Infected. After that, he just sat in his classic frog-like position, relaxing a little bit more: the Toxic Mouth Pokemon could still hear the noise of the rain.

(Skip me, please. I can't really have Dave do much at the moment.)

Smiling at all his companions, he strode further in, kicking some bodies aside as he came back to them with a bottle of champagne in his hands.
"Nobody in there need it.... so why not celebrate?"

He popped the lid and took a swig. It really did taste wonderful, and he handed the bottle to Acid and marched off again, making sure things were still where they last were when he was last here. Finding his prize, he pulled the Record Player out and put on a single record. His favorite song... it began to play abruptly throughout. Deadpool walked back out, snapping his claws and singing along.
"It goes one o 'clock two o 'clock there o 'clock rock. Five six seven 'o clock eight o 'clock rock. Rock rock. Rock around the clock tonight. Clocks strikes two, three and four, we rock till he can't stand right! Rock around the clock tonight!"

He pretended to play the little guitar along with it and continued to sing along. Breaking it down to an oldie in a Cipher Basement? Of course this is sensible. Deadpool needed a break to be happy with no worries. They all did. He knew this. He was not without tact and predictability. Deadpool spun on his heels and pretended to twirl a cane and tip a hat in a little dance to the song. It was time for celebration. They were safe... at least for now.

(Break it down to the oldies people. It's all Deadpool's got to do now XDDDDD PARTAAAAAAY))

(skip me this time guys just say Ariana watch as Deadpool dance and such while she stayed by Dave's side)

Acid turned around as Deadpool gave him the bottle of alcohol, putting it in the table near him.

"Thanks, but I prefer not to drink. Dependance is not something I wanna meet." said the Toxic Frog, croaking.

After quite some time, he could finally relax, taking a break from hunting the Infected. Cipher wasn't exactly his favourite word, but it wasn't like it had a meaning these days.

They're all dead...no more Cipher... the Poison type sighed, looking at his Black Sludge, gaining new energy: he watched that ooze, who was pretty much the only physical memory he had from his old team...how he loved them. But, like everything else from his life, that didn't have a meaning anymore, if not regret, sadness and frustration.

Ah, what the hell. A Pokemon living in the past is a useless Pokemon. the dual type scoffed, walking towards the couple of Electric types, handing over a bag of Poke-snacks.

"May I offer you something?"

Dave followed the Weavile into the hideout. It reaked of death, but not infected. Other than the dead bodies laying around, the place didn't look too bad. 'I guess we can stay here for a little bit.' He hated to admit that Deadpool was right all along, but this place seemed like a good place for the group to hide out.

The Ampharos watched as Deadpool took a swig of a bottle of champagne. A drunk Deadpool? That would not end well. Luckily, Acid put it aside when he was offered some, and then some music started playing. Dave was used to faint music back in his home of Canalave. He would usually hear it from people's stereos on the beach, and he had grown to like it. What the Ampharos didn't like to do was dance to it, which is what the Weavile was doing. Instead, Dave stayed next to Ariana.

As the music was playing, Dave felt like he needed to tell the Luxray something important. He looked around to see if there was a room that the two of them could go into so they could have some privacy. Dave found a room and motioned Ariana to follow him. "Ariana, come here for a sec. I need to tell you something."

Chilling all the while Deadpool saw many things. He saw the lights flicker a bit as the storm progressed outside. He saw Dave ask for Ariana in a spare room. He saw Acid having a private moment during which he looked both sad and a bit angry during his thoughts. All this he took in, and the processed it. Nobody seemed happy. Why? He had tried his hardest. Set up a camp. Gotten them safe. Hell, he even provided a distraction from an Infected!

"Hmm.... perhaps it's time I stopped screwing around and got to the heart of matters. No.... that would be absurd. Without fun there can be no joy. Must find another solution to this equation."

Deadpool hummed and bobbed his head, using his natural dark fur to blend in with the sharp shadows, he silently and stealthily snuck into the room undetected, and then proceeded to hang from a hook on a nearby closet, where the shadows were strongest. He decided it was time to listen.... and learn. Thanking funny thoughts, he hardly dared to breathe as he securely hung there.

Ariana smiled a bit when Acid brought over some Poke-snacks for her and Dave but before she began to eat her ears twitch as she heard Dave ask her, "Ariana, come here for a sec. I need to tell you something." She looked at him and growing curious at what Dave wanted to tell her Ariana nodded at Dave and got on her paws and followed him to a room where they could have some privacy. She didn't catch where Deadpool went and right now she didn't really care. Once they were in the room she looked at Dave and asked, "Is something wrong Dave? What is it?" Her periwinkle eyes looked at him curiously as she waited patiently for whatever he wanted to tell her.

Acid looked, perplexed. The couple of Electric types moved away, much probably for private reasons. But what really confused the frog was the sudden disappearance of Deadpool, as he was nowhere to be found.

"Mhm..." this fact raised suspection in the Poison type, but he couldn't say anything yet and alarm the group. He just sat in his classic frog position, croaking.

"Legends only know what's in the head of that Weavile..." he heard the noises of the thunders outside town, as the storm was probably raising in violence.

"This weather is becoming almost as deranged as the Infected...heh."

Ariana followed Dave into the room. He scanned the area outside the room to make sure nobody noticed. "Is something wrong Dave? What is it?" Dave turned around. He wanted to answer the Luxray's question, but his mouth grew dry. The Ampharos tried to clear his throat to speak, but he couldn't find the right words for her. "Come on, Dave, stop being an idiot! Just say you have a crush on her!" Dave just couldn't find the right words to say, and he knew he wouldn't be able to. In place of it, he crouched down so he was eye level with Ariana. "Don't take offense to this but..." He surprised her by leaning forward and kissing her on the lips. It lasted about three seconds before he broke off and said to her. "I love you."

(OoC: AWWWWWWWWW! Dave's got a crush! :3)

Deadpool silently gasped at the spectacle. He retreated as quietly and as unnoticed as he had entered, arriving back where he was rather suddenly... as if he had teleported.

"Oh Acid the things I could tell you.... this whole group is like a Soap Opera!"
He twirled on his heels and snapped his fingers like a smooth-talkin' kid on the streets.

"Ya got me, the devilishly handsome antihero with several mental instabilities, who, despite it all, is there to save the day, as it were."

He pointed towards where Dave and Ariana were.
"We have the young, loving couple who need each other's support to continue their lives..."

Deadpool slid over to Acid and snapped his fingers again.
"Then we have you, the ambiguous soldier with no commanding Officer to follow. Wandering. Searching for civilians to protect so you can say you've fulfilled your duties."

He sat on a box, crossed his ankles and leaned against the wall, drumming his claws against his chest.
"However... this show requires more action. Romance and Drama are fabulous and a hero's spectacular 'journey' is all well and good.... But what we need her is real thrills, chills, and straight killing! Violence always makes for good television. My handlers told me that. I ripped out their throats and it made for a splendid show. The executives said I was the best operative for the job. Too deranged to perform normal tasks and too skilled not to be slashing people open like Walmart slashes prices!"

He stood, twirled again, and leaned against the wall, checking his claws for dirt.
"I get so bored when there isn't anything interesting happening? Where has our story gone to? Sitting in a basement listening to the Oldies while we wait for something to find us and attack.... then life will be exciting again."

Deadpool smiled at him softly,
"I always considered Death amusing.... not because I love to watch people die... well... actually I do love it... but I find Death funny because I can't die. I've tried. Never has any Pokemon managed to kill me. Bullets hit me, but Cipher always healed me... and then I was on my own out here.... and their bites and claws could never reach me.... I was invincible. Even that Hydreigon. I'm already scabbing over... I'll be fine in a day or two. I am the Guy who just won't Die."

Ariana watch curiously as Dave went down to her level before she heard him say, "Don't take offense to this but..." Before she could guess what Dave was planning she felt his lips on her's as he kiss her which surprise her greatly. The kiss didn't last long, only for a few seconds, but when Dave move back breaking the kiss as he said, "I love you." As the shock wore off from the surprise of those words Ariana's eyes soften and she gave a soft smile. They only known each other for a short amount of time but they have been there for each other through everything making it seem like they have known each other for years instead. She moved closer to Dave and nuzzled him lovingly as she whisper back to him, "I love you too." She knew that they will have to join the other two soon but right now she didn't want this moment to end too soon.

Slightly surprised from the stealth appearance of Deadpool, Acid listened quitely to the Weavile's speech, watching him as he moved around him.

The dual type was impossible to comprehend, as his mental illness kept changing his ways of acting, making him a completely random box.

"Well, it was sure nice of you to chit-chat with me." Acid chuckled, watching with the tail of his eye the young couple of Electric types kissing: it was fascinating how love could bloom even in moments like those.

"But, frankly, I don't believe in immortality or such things. Not anymore." the Toxicroak said, rising from his frog position. "The only beings who are remotely immortals are Legends, and even then...I don't believe in their invincibility. It's just my opinion, of course." The Toxic Mouth Pokemon kept playing with his Sludge, staring at it.

"I don't wanna bore you with my pessimistic attitude, son. Keep your party up 'til night, if you want."

Dave smiled as Ariana nuzzled him lovingly. "I love you too." she whispered to him. Dave hugged her and kissed her once again. He found it amazing how these feelings developed for someone he just met earlier today. The Ampharos knew that he and the Luxray would need to rejoin the others soon, but for now, he just wanted to spend some time with her. As he broke off the kiss, Dave wanted to know something. "What was your life like before the epidemic?" He whispered to her.

(Skip. Just say Deadpool switched the record to something groovy. CCR. Then he sat down and took a nap)

Ariana kiss Dave back when he kiss her once again and press close to him as he hugged her. She looked into Dave's eyes when he stopped the kiss and heard his question, "What was your life like before the epidemic?" At that Ariana's mind turned to her parents and her trainer and said, "My life was interesting and fun. I was born between a Luxray and a Liepard who fell in love. From what my mom, the Luxray, told me she was once a breeder's Pokemon but when she mated with a Liepard my mother's old trainer and breeder abandoned her in search of another Shinx she could breed with but my father's trainer took her under his wing and trained her. Pearl was his name and when I was born, though my eyes was different and I had this silver-white marking on my paw here, he trained me as well. He helped me evolve into the Luxray you see before you now but then not too long after that is when the epidemic struck. My parents went to escort Pearl to safety but they never returned. I'm not sure if they are even still alive but I'm searching for them and for Pearl." She looked at Dave and nuzzled him as she smiled softly and asked, "What about you Dave? What were things like before this epidemic?"

When Deadpool went to sleep (much to the surprise of Acid), the Toxic Frog just coughed a bit, walking near the room where the Electric Types stood, as he closed the door, giving them more privacy.

He then sat down on a cushion, mumbling: the life under the army didn't made him used to the comfort, but he managed to fell into a deep slumber anyway, listening to the violent cracks that the thunders made.

He just hoped to survive the night without too many nightmares.

Dave listened as Ariana told him about her life. "My life was interesting and fun. I was born between a Luxray and a Liepard who fell in love. From what my mom, the Luxray, told me she was once a breeder's Pokemon but when she mated with a Liepard my mother's old trainer and breeder abandoned her in search of another Shinx she could breed with but my father's trainer took her under his wing and trained her. I never knew my parents, and it's left me wondering who they are. Anyway, when I was younger, there was a small child who was separated from her parents, so I kept her company until the mother came. For the rest of my life, I stayed at a beach near Canalave where I met the girl, named Kelly. One night, when she was all grown up, someone tried to attack her, but I defended her. She gave me the scarf that I'm wearing right now as a gift, and then left. I went out to look for her when the epidemic struck, but I was suddenly sent here somehow. I'm just wondering two things right now; Who are my parents? And is Kelly still alive?" Dave smiled at the Luxray once again. He cracked the door open to see that Deadpool and Acid were both asleep. He closed the door slowly and said to Ariana. "Everyone else is asleep."

Deadpool sat there, dreaming away. Sort of.... he still heard everything around him, listening closely. The only problem was the words fucked up his dreams. As he sat there, half awake and half asleep, his mind wandered. The various voices, words, and breathing of those around him creating a vivid scene. As the Creedence played, he imagined Dave and Ariana, in chibi form, dancing to the music while him and Acid shared a twelve pack of beer. He imagined then that he was chopping the Hydreigon that had bitten his arm in half, and that everyone cheered. Next Deadpool saw corn. Why corn? Because there is nothing that Weavile loves more than corn.

Jumping around in the field, he ripped all the plants out of ground and ate them, his eyes fluttering open to realize he was about to get up in the midst of his half dreaming. Laying back down, he muttered some curses at his excess energy and imagined other things. His dreams were rather sensible for such a chaotic mind. He pictured that he was being trained by Cipher again... and that they sent Dave into the arena to fight him. Deadpool smiled. He hated that guy. However, he had no intention of harming him, so instead he merely tripped the dream version of his companion over and over in his dream, laughing out loud in real life as he did so.

"I guess we should get some rest ourselves then so we will be full of energy for whatever tomorrow brings," she said softly.

Acid's dream was far by calm.

Almost every night, he couldn't help but dream about that cursed day, the day when he, among the rest of his unit, died. Well, Acid didn't died physically, but he was still broken in a way.

He was there, at Gateon, charging with his comrades towards the Infected: everything was going smoothly...heck, they were winning! But this sensation of victory couldn't last long.

It was just a matter of seconds, and Acid started acting cocky. He just kept juggling with the Zombies, killing them like it was an option. And then, BAM! An Ursaring charged at him, knocking him down. He just stared shocked at the colossus, but his Pokemon friends attacked the bear, killing him.

It wasn't a containment mission anymore, it was all about protecting Acid now. The Toxic Mouth couldn't get up, feeling dizzy due the attack of the Normal-type.

His trainer, too, saw defeat in that battle: without saying a word, he placed Acid in his Pokeball, and launched him far, far away...the Poison Type, still inside the sphere, saw a rock. And he was speeding towards it.
It kept falling closer...closer...closer...

CRACK!

Huh? the Frog suddendly awoke, like every time he fell into sleep: thank Legends that he never made the same dream twice a day.
He looked around the room, and the first thing he saw was Deadpool, who kept laughing while sleeping.

This didn't surprised him at all.

Now, what could have awoken him?
"It was probably a thunder...and a damn big one, too..."

This SUCKED.

Alex, who had no idea what had happened in the last day or so(he had begun to stop caring), was sitting in a nest on top of the Gateon Lighthouse, perched high in the middle, making it impossible to see from the ground. A perfect hiding spot. However - This was exactly what Alex was doing there, he had found himself in the ocean a while back, and before he knew it, he was swooped up by a(hopefully) uninfected Staraptor. The avian quickly flew over and dropped him in this dreaded nest. Alex could attempt to escape, but one move from the nest and he would end up slipping down on an uneventful trip down to his doom, a simple three seconds and he would be a simple splat on the ground.

That of course; Is not what he wanted.

The Furret looks around, his gaze quickly fixing on an incoming object, with wings. He scrambles to the other side of the nest, doing his best to hide, his efforts failed; though. He was still completely visible. The object quickly turns to take form of the Staraptor, who looks uninfected, but then again - you couldn't tell these days...

"Relax, mate," The Staraptor says, landing firmly on the nest, "I'm not gunna eat 'ya." Alex was still clearly uncomfortable with the Staraptors presence, but stands up from his cowering, extending his chest and putting a determined look on his face, ears quivering in fear.

"I'm not afraid of you!" He stutters, clearly not expressing what he said. The Staraptor laughs, taking in a breath, and hoping a bit closer to the long body pokémon. Alex attempts to go back further, only to fall backwards off the nest, clumsily sliding down the side of the lighthouse roof, attempting to grab the edge, but failing. The Furret begins to fall, screaming loudly, screaming for help.

Well, shit.


([ooc: So, the staraptor is a character I'm going to dual with Alex soon, ^^; You wont be seeing anymore of him until I make him, though. I hope that is okay v.v Also, someone feel free the hear his screaming |D])

"I'm sure she is Dave," Ariana told the Ampharos. It brought a smile to his face as she nuzzled him. "I guess we should get some rest ourselves then so we will be full of energy for whatever tomorrow brings," Dave nodded in agreement. He sat down against a wall and patted the ground as if to tell Ariana to come sit next to him.

Suddenly, Dave heard screaming. He bolted upright as his ears went up. The Ampharos was able to squeeze himself out of a small window. "Wow, Deadpool is right. Maybe I am getting fat?" When he got out of the window, he looked up to see what it was. There was a Staraptor on top of the lighthouse and there was something falling. Dave recognized who was falling, though. "WHAT THE FUCK?! ALEX!" The Ampharos cried out.

He was immediately awake. Deadpool knew that voice. Springing and cackling, he cartwheeled out a window, imagining Dave trying to get through it...
"Speak of Giratina! Dave my old chum! Onward!"

Before letting the fat yellow electric type react, he was gone, sprinting to where he saw Alex. The little mouse was falling. He stopped.... waited..... and caught the kid in his arms.
"Ever danced with the devil in the pale moon light Alex? Because Death seems to have the hots for you."

He grinned and set the kid down.
"Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaave your boyfriend is baaaaaaaaaaack!"

Deadpool cackled and leaned against the building, content with his rescue.
"LIKE A BOSS."

Maybe things were looking up after all.... Maybe sweet-cheeks would come back too... but something in his brain told him the group wouldn't sustain too many people. For some inexorable reason, Deadpool felt like he'd be with these guys for a long, long, long time. Not that he minded. He wanted to stay. It was fun here. Very fun indeed.
