History | Glinyua didn't start out as a Pokemon Actress. As a young Spinarak, she and her siblings were tasked with moving curtains, doing the lights, and making sure all the costumes were in order. She had always loved the beautiful actors and actresses, like Maria the Ninetales and Azalea the Roserade. Every day after she had finished her job, she's watch them rehearse. Eventually she wasn't satisfied by just watching. She wanted to star in a play too. She didn't want to just sit there fixing the webs on the ceiling for the lights, not did she want to be weaving costumes. She wanted to act like all the other actors. But when she had brought up the idea with her friends, they laughed at her. She was a Spinarak. A Spider. There weren't many trainers who liked her and her species, even a famous gym leader, Misty, was known to be absolutely frightened of them. But she didn't give up. She knew she had to do something to catch their attention, and she did. She began to train herself to only walk on her hind legs- only using them to move around. Then she began to dance, dance, and dance some more. Every sleepless night she practiced her steps, in the hope that one day someone would notice her. And someone did. One of the actors, Lunette the Gardevoir, had found her. Amazed by the Spinarak's determination, she had taken her in as an apprentice. Of course, at first Glinyua wasn't taken very well by the public and Lunette began to lose respect- but eventually really began to shine. Underrated and disliked Pokemon around the world began to look up to Glinyua, and she had finally reached her dream. After about 5 months of acting Glinyua evolved. Due to the fact that she only walked on hind legs, her body had evolved in a way that she was then unable to use all fours to walk. But she hadn't mind, as it just made it easier for her to dance. One day, she had the most peculiar of people come up to her for an autograph as she took a trip to Cerulean city. It was Mist the Arbok, whom was easily recognizable due to her sharp personality before the Epidemic. Eventually they both grew to be friends, and as a gift, she had received a Peacha Scarf and a Deep Sea Scale from Mist. It was months after their meeting that she decided to go to Orre. She had gotten on a ferry headed towards Gateon Port, but things went terribly wrong as a multitude of passengers began to suddenly die, then rise up again with no pulse. Glinyua was glad, however, that the ferry reached Gateon Port the day right after the infection, but what she found was what she was trying to escape. The infection was even worse in Orre, there were Pokemon tearing down buildings- killing eachother. Afraid, she fled from the port, towards some other city or area where maybe she could find Salvation. |
Appearance | Glinyua color-wise is you average, run-of-the-mill Ariados, with the exception of his bright, blue eyes. Unlike most of her arachnid kind, she stands on her two back legs. Around her neck is a pink scarf with a Deep Sea Scale attached. Her body is now decorated with splatters of blood, and she carries around a dead Typhlosion she affectionately calls "Boo-Boo" around. |
Personality | Although Glinyua once used to be a kind, understanding being, the massive amounts of deaths and watching her former companions leave her has mutated her into an insane, friendship-seeking maniac. She can't stand being alone, and is constantly looking for other survivors to trap and keep as her 'friends'. She absolutely CAN'T stand others leaving her, or the idea of possibly leaving the Agate Village that she has situated herself in. The poison-type has become very volatile, being happy and calm in one instance but then screeching her head off while trying to decapitate someone the next. She has an unsettling joy in her voice and expression when she kills things, and likes to overuse her Psychic to manipulate her surroundings, even when it has an immense strain on her body. She will always give humiliating nicknames to people or things she likes. [i.e. "Cutie Patootie" for Zero the Zangoose and "Boo-Boo" for her dead Typhlosion 'pet'.] |

Species | #611: Fraxure, Axe Jaw Pokémon |
Height | 3’06” |

Pokédex Entry | Since a broken tusk will not grow back, they diligently sharpen their tusks on river rocks after they've been fighting. |
Level | 44 |
Ability | Mold Breaker |
Nature | Adamant |
Characteristic | Proud of its power |
Moves | - Dragon Dance [Learned] - Dragon Claw [Learned] - False Swipe [Learned] - Scary Face [Learned] |
History | Renault was odd from the start. Hatched with shining metallic scales as an odd mutation, he believed he was destined for greatness, and as such, in his youth, was very arrogant. He fought a lot, earning dislike and distrust for his aggresive attitude and the bizarre color of his scales. He made many enemies in his short youth, surviving only by the kindness of his mother, ensuring he and the others would always be fed. Once he left the nest, however, things changed. Due to his shining scales, hunting became nearly impossible. He would be spotted too quickly, and prey would escape him every time. He often found himself trying to steal parts of other, more successful hunters' kills, only rarely succeeding unharmed. The shining dragon quickly learned humility, and resorted to begging others for food. His actions as a youth paid back well, and he was always hungry. Where once he ruled, now he was the weakest. Starving and unwanted, Renault took to wandering, hoping he could find somewhere he could survive. With the Epidemic in full force, food is even more scarce- most of the carrion is unsafe to eat, leaving Renault more starved than ever. Through mysterious circumstances, he's found himself in a new land he'd never seen before, though he didn't take to it any better. In spite of hardship, he struggles on, refusing to give up what he's worked so hard to hold onto. |
Appearance | Renault’s body is entirely metallic, and very shiny. |
Personality | Having felt the pain of being the weak and outcast, Renault fights hard for those who cannot defend themselves. Upbeat and friendly in spite of his life to this point, he is nonetheless capable of terrible, righteous fury. He is generous and caring, not wanting to see others suffer before him, he will do anything in his power to prevent another's death. Although only a small Fraxure, Renault has a heart that outgrows him, wanting to make sure everyone he knows is at peace and content. When faced with someone who endangers the live of others, the dragon easily finds himself conflicted, and is often left unsure whether he should stop them. Although he holds a vicious wrath, it is difficult to make him angry. Trying to dedicate himself to making sure others are happy, he tries his hardest not to become frustrated, but he does have a breaking point. |
