Pokemon Ageing when it Evolves?

This question has been bugging me for a while and I'm not quite sure on how evolution works on EJ.

In some anime episodes, when a Pokemon evolves they usually become more 'mature' or imitate an older age as they are.

For example, a Charmander evolves into a Charmeleon, it becomes cocky, ignorant and easily-annoyed. As if it has gone through teenager-hood.

Would the same thing be able to happen here? When a Pokemon evolves, they age?

Level can be taken as a rough indicator of age in the EJ aging rules (the higher the level the more time it would have taken to achieve it in the Epidemic) but evolving itself doesn't cause a Pokemon to become more mature. Generally evolving does cause a dramatic jump in the level of maturity of a character, they achieve maturity slowly as they gain XP but evolution cause cause mood-shifts/significant changes in a character's personality.
So it can happen but doesn't necessarily happen...This will need a mod judging though.
