I was wondering about Dittos... I know it says they can't change by memory but what if they've changed into a specific Pokemon over and over to the point of it being like second nature to turn into that specific Pokemon? Or would it still need to see what its turning into?

Eh... I'd say no. Every pokedex ditto has states that it needs something to mirror, and neglects to say anything about being able to memorize. Seeing how it transforms via its signature move and no other way, I'd simply say that there's no way that it could memorize a form. Also, it could be viewed as a form of god-modding.
