History:
Devon was born outside Azalea Town, near Union Cave but not inside. His mother was a Raichu named Levi and his father a Jolteon named Kotaro; Devon had three siblings. They were Star and Luna, two Eevees, and a Pichu, Samuel. The four children's mother was killed by a rampaging Steelix when they were very young, forcing Kotaro to have to raise them himself. When they were older, and everyone but Devon had reached their final stage of evolution, the family moved to Olivine City, living near the ocean. But their peace was soon interrupted when Sam drowned in the sea when several Tentacruel and Gyarados fought over territory. The death of his mate and his child was too much for Kotaro to handle, and he abandoned the remaining siblings. The eldest siblings, Devon and Star took care of Luna, who was the youngest, and did all they could to survive. But food became scarce, and the trio were struggling to find even a single berry.
Then Star came home with a fat Magikarp she had just caught. The two elder siblings let Luna eat first, but they didn't notice how strange the fish looked. After eating, Luna caught a terrible stomachache and couldn't even move. It moved on to a raging fever, and eventually Luna died from that sickness. While Devon and Star mourned the loss, Luna opened her eyes, covered in the stench of death, and got up to sink her fangs into Star. Luna tried to kill both Devon and Star, and couldn't be stopped by their normal attacks. The two were seperated from each other, their undead sister out for their blood. Devon is still searching for clues to Star's whereabouts.
