| History | [color=#f2473f]This Pikachu was hatched in the tall grass outside a contest hall. From the moment she could open her eyes she could see the lights through the glass roof of the building and hear the applause. When she grew older her favourite place to be was the rooftop of the contest hall where she could look down at the stage below. In her spare time she’d practice moving along with the dance motions and practice bowing to an invisible crowd. All the contest Pokémon looked so cool! There were all different kinds of contest stars, from the elegant to the obscure. Pokémon of all shapes, sizes and colors could dazzle the crowd with their elegant moves. It was an entirely different life to battling and the Pikachu was enamored of it. As soon as she was old enough to fend for herself she determinedly hunted down a trainer she had seen in the contest hall. At first the human didn’t seem interested in her but the Pikachu was determined to make her debut with a dazzling appeal and showed off how cool she was. Her moves may not be strong but they were showy and that was exactly what a contest star needed. She was caught and given a nickname- Bandit. Her trainer was a musician and contest star, performing alongside her Pokémon for her fans. Immediately the trainer set out to spruce up her Pikachu. Bandit was given special treats, red cubes that made her fur shiny and tasted deliciously spicy. Her bright yellow fur was brushed to be smooth and shampooed to be soft to the touch. In the morning her new trainer started to teach her how to sing and dance and she took to it like a Magikarp to water. Even though she yet didn’t get to step foot on stage she worked her hardest to be a flashy and cool dancer until she stood out among the idol’s Pokémon. She even worked on improving her singing voice for when she performed alongside her trainer. The electric type’s naturally mischievous behavior did little more than make her trainer laugh. Seeing her Pikachu with a scrap of cloth on her head after rummaging through her pack gave the idol an idea. A beautiful bow tied on top of her head made the little electric mouse really stand out on the stage. Not only did she not mind, Bandit loved playing dress up and was always eager to find new clothes to wear. In no time her stage outfit shifted from a simple bow to a full leather jacket and jeans to match her trainer. She even acquired a reputation as the “Cosplay Pikachu”. With her fur at a brilliant sheen from Pokéblocks everything about her just screamed cool. She performed at her trainer’s side, eventually becoming the most famous of the idol’s Pokémon. Her cool look and bold dance moves took a lot of training but the moment she saw the audiences excited faces made all the hard work worth it. Performing alongside her trainer in various outfits she won a lot of ribbons in the Contest Spectacular, though the outfit of a rock star was always her favourite. She wrote her own lyrics to her trainer’s songs, singing in Pokémon while her trainer sung in human. She even had her own fan following among trainer’s Pokémon. Bandit was a star. Her trainer would talk to her often about an Idol’s responsibility to their fans. Being famous meant taking responsibility to keep the fans feeling happy and inspire them on their own journeys. Music was a tool to help encourage people and Pokémon to reach higher, not keep them down. As much as she loved the applause Bandit understood she couldn’t get arrogant. Without her fans she wouldn’t be an idol and if she was a stuck-up or rude idol than she wouldn’t have any fans at all. Over the years she earned more ribbons with her trainer. One for winning all the contest categories with the help of a talented Move Tutor and her stylist devising some gorgeous outfits, one for her happiness, a few expensive ribbons that were gifts from fans and many more. Her favourite ribbons she pinned to the inside of her red jacket so she could look at them whenever she wanted. Each one shimmered with inspiration. After the Epidemic struck humans started to leave. Bandit’s trainer had to evacuate, leaving her contest team behind. For a while the Pikachu’s upbeat nature was enough to keep the group together but slowly they started to drift apart, trying to find shelter or exploring on their own. Soon Bandit found she was all alone. She wasn’t a battle Pokémon. She had more experience making her moves flashy and as cool as possible than doing damage with them. At the best she managed to distract the red-eyed Pokémon with her cool moves before she ran away with her greater speed. Despite its bright appearance she couldn’t bring herself to shed her show costume, the red jacket with its fur-lined hood reminding her too much of the life she had worked so hard for. Instead she set her sights on a greater goal. There had to be a way to bring things back to how they were in the old days. She would try her hardest and find a way that humans and Pokémon could live in harmony once more! |

| Appearance | This Pikachu has a large black heart-shaped patch of fur on her tail. She is wearing a red leather jacket with an extended collar, studs on the sleeves and furry hood. There are two black leather straps on the back in the same position as her stripes. She is also wearing a black shirt with a lightning bolt cut collar in green embroidery. Her black pants are held up with a bright red leather belt with many golden studs. These pants have pockets she uses to store a few left-over Pokéblocks and a chain of more diamond shaped silver studs. On her hind legs she wears form-fitting red boots. Her eyebrows have been teased out and set with a decorative clip of false hair. Her eyes are a dark brown color. She has a determined set to her eyes. Everything about her just screams cool, a result of her being fed a lot of Red Pokéblock. Her fur has a nice sheen and she is practiced at moving on her hind legs. She'll seldom be seen on all fours unless something has gone wrong. When excited she will spin on her back and punch the sky or sway to unheard music. Her spectacular contest talent, Striking Chronicle, has little effect in battle but she'll use it to make an impressive entrance by forming a storm cloud above her and announcing her presence with a lightning strike to her tail. She loves to be the centre of attention. When angered she stamps her foot and shakes her head. |
