    The Great Marsh|Afternoon
    45

    Asura picked him up as gently as he could as Felix was trying to keep himself from hurling on the floor. This was truly the worst he's had. Seeing that no bag was of any use, it was either find a bathroom or some other place, but even then the smell would just make things worse."We should at least get to a different room." As Asura turned the corner searching for a bathroom, Felix just dangled there helplessly as he was doing everything in his power to not vomit either on Asura or the floor along the way. "Ugh, I really *gags* hate this." Unfortunately there wasn't a clue to any bathrooms or restrooms which made the situation more or less gross. Hearing the pitter patter of rain though did give him an idea of a better place to do it so that it wouldn't make the area he vomits at smell horrible. However, whatever was out there before might still be around. Obviously he didn't like either option, but it was one of those pick your poisons and no matter what he chose it would lead to something else either something smelling his  vomit or inviting a stranger into the hideout.

    His mind was made up and without a choice in the matter. It came out and coughs in between that made it quite unappealing. Tears had swelled up as he took deep breaths trying to catch his breath in between. Finally he had nothing else and it was out of his system for the time being. The Sylveon shook his head as he just felt simply awful. "I think I'm done *cough* for now." The smell just made him not want to be in the same room as it. One thing did come into his mind is if they found the medicine yet or if they ran into trouble. If only he wasn't ill then they wouldn't have been delayed. It is what it is and he wasn't about to give up so easily to an illness. Weakly, Felix moved away from the vomit on the floor and  tried to keep himself from thinking about it. Moving away from it just enough though for Asura to pick him back up.

    Felix felt tired again and after all that, he'd rather take a nap. "Okay Asura, lets go back. *cough* Get some water and take a nap.*cough* Maybe they'll be back when I wake up." In all honesty, he'd rather sleep close to a warm fire and listen to the sound of wood crackling in the fire and listening to jazz on his trainer's radio. Though it would be a great idea for him, that time however is long gone and nature's sounds have became the new normal, but perhaps that there's something that they could use in the place to liven it up a little.

    ❖ Pastoria City + Afternoon + 46 ❖

    The rumbling sensation was quick to escalate. The presence of another being fluctuated as it grew rowdy and fluttered like a panicked animal. Had it sensed them upon the rooftop or realized it's own confined situation? The meaning was moot as the bird burst from within and laid its eyes upon them as an enraged predator. Rain instantly hit its feathers and brought forth the sound of heavy wing beats that sounded even above the storm as it swooped. Uxie dodged, moving closer to the rooftop as a frightened wail tore through his eardrums. "Run. RUN!"

    Uxie did not understand; she had charged the Floatzel like a Mamoswine but fled from one tattered bird in an unfavorable battlefield. The bird turned to give chase as she run without thought, and with a quick series of psychic bursts the Legend fought to draw its attention back. Seek's actions were not their concern; keeping this undead stationary, quiet, and downed was. When the Staraptor dove at them again it had prepped an attack. Energy flowed over it as it picked up speed, target unknown as it arched between the group.

    "Bitch...! Eleroo, Uxie, GO!"

    R'hia had drawn her weapon, and though fallen was prepared to stand her group. Oh? The human intended to fight alongside him? Daring to be impressed the legend could only assume that her survival all this time was not solely based on the skill of her Pokemon team. Precautionary flight was always a Legend's preferred method but Uxie was not about to be stood up by mankind. Floating toward the structure the bird had erupted from he let his jewels take on a glow and release a series of stars in his Swift attack.

    The shimmering stars flew and met their mark with no skill required. Damage was not his intention, but having drawn its attention the Legend made sure to hold perfectly still. The bird of prey gained speed, seeing him as food as it extended its talons in the last few moments. Uxie was ready, and faster than one could blink teleported a few meters off to where his companions were. It had no time to react and crashed in a heap of discolored feathers.

    Injury was unclear within its undead state. It lay screaming for several moments before beating its wings to take off again, the motions jagged and uneven from its heavy body. Defensive drops. Even a failed Close Combat was a hazard to oneself. "Aim for the wings and joints." He instructed, knowing the face, chest, and thighs would prove too dangerous on such a predator.

    Pastoria City || Afternoon [Storming]
    Eleroo 120 || Seek 110

    Battle experience was a necessity in this epidemic, and while Eleroo had been taught the basics by his trainer so long ago applying those skills was always a struggle. Naturally timid, his instincts always told him to run or hide, and as the bird dove across the rooftop at them all he could do was press his belly against the wet ground. Wings. Of the Pokemon present he was the only one who could not fly. What could he do? Fear shook his very being as he trembled from his low position. Backing up he tried to move away and put space between him and the decisions he had to make. Im no fighter.. If he stayed he would just get in the way.. If he tried he'd just be a nuisance...

    The loud call of the bird forced the kit's eyes to lock on it as he charged them once again. Terror surged beneath Eleroo's pelt as his muscles froze up, keeping him rooted to the spot and completely vulnerable. Pain felt imminent, but Uxie made a move that was almost more frightening. It attacked before making himself clear bait, and the bird followed like a moth to flame. The crash was enough to make the kit jump, and with his muscles responsive once more he scurried toward R'hia.
    His thoughts fired rapidly. Why had she not sent out a Pokemon to help them? Could her weapon really defeat something with wings? Would he just be in her way? What made Uxie so confident, yet so reluctant to help? Where was Seek... what would she do? "Aim for the wings and joints." The Legend instructed them, but Eleroo didn't feel the least bit able to comply. His paws worked the ground, scratching vainly at the hard roof surface as the bird flopped before them.

    We should run. That's all he was good for. Maybe.. maybe if he fled it would give chase, and allow the others time? A rough swallow knotted up in his throat at the mere idea of being prey. Again, he took a step back, putting space between him and the human. Without Seek he was nothing. No confidence, no will, no use. She'd be ashamed. Guilt throbbed in his heart. She may have defected but that shouldn't effect him like this. Biting back his own fears the Radeon felt his fur grow hot and sodden at its deepest layer. He had to do something. Swiping his tail across the roof the fearful child charged forward. Adrenaline pulsed through his veins as he approached the bird and came to a very sudden stop. He hissed, spreading his jaws like a spitting Seviper and spat a stream of Toxic toward the birds wings. What am I doing?

    The bird had not fully recovered itself but was not about to let some pest stop it. Thrusting said wing before itself it knocked the Radeon away with a sturdy yet rotten wing. Eleroo gasped, feeling the pressure in his throat as he was tossed back. Within the fraction of a second though, he felt it; a stabbing pain radiating forward, digging into his neck and outward to the wing that struck him. The faint glow of his necklace was all too familiar- the Toxic Orb had been activated, but for once he was not the victim. Falling back in a heap Eleroo quickly jumped to his paws, moving just fast enough to both see and hear the bird scream as toxins traveled through its wing.

    "It-.. It's poisoned!" He gasped, but what he could see did not match what always happened to him. Fluids dripped from its feathers, burning away the rotten bits as it sunk down toward the skin. The bird writhed, thrusting its wing about in agony. Eyes wide, Eleroo could not look away from the horrid sight. His voice came as no more than a whispering whimper. "I.. did that?"

    ((No Seek this post, and a Radeon's fur is toxic so whoo, I can finally play with that. Feel free to do whatever to it R'hia. :3 Its mostly a distraction/add in, as no city can stay constantly clean, when with a crew going about. The whole fight should be fast, as I don't want to drag the team being apart any longer than it already has been.))

    Great Marsh|Afternoon (87)

    Shenron watched them go and waddled on all fours looking for a bag. He might not know the place too much but he knew how a building was laid out. Trash bags or grocery bags often sat in the kitchen area... Shenron rooted around some knocking over empty cans of tram oil and souvenirs. He found a few grocery bags among the clutter along with a stained map. Too bad he never completely mastered reading... Shenron stepped back tensing up hearing a squeak under his paw and lifted it. It was a Croagunk toy... One that you'd squeeze for stress or let a Growlithe play with. He looked around making sure nothing heard the squeak before scooting it away where it wouldn't be stepped on again. "It is... They have been gone a while... It warrants some concern but not a lot... Assuming they ran in to no trouble" Shenron brought the bags back and sat down watching out the window. Nothing was moving around but he was suspicious. There were too many water types in the Marsh that would be drawn out by the sweet siren call of rain to not be.

    Uxie could wager on either of his fighters assisting with a follow-up attack. For different reasons they were apt to hesitate, to formulate plans and their own strategies, but both had the same probability of striking. Keeping low Uxie watched the bird struggle from its own failure when the younger of the two took the lead. He charged recklessly, stopping roughly against the coarse, wet rooftop to strike from a short distance. Was this his strategy?

    The bird moved, swiping a wing toward the Radeon. The Legend could have intervened, he could have moved the child before deep damage was done, but he watched with a curious eye as the Staraptor stumbled with fresh wounds. Beneath the hum or rain he could hear a sizzling fry and smell the taint of burning flesh. Toxic did not work this fast; the bird had caused its own injury once again. "I.. did that?" Eleroo thought aloud, and once more the Legend had to wonder just how long these children had had adult bodies.

    Flapping and struggling against its festering skin the Staraptor was hardly the predator they had once thought it to be. It's maddened eyes were staring blindly, not even focusing on the opposing Pokemon. Uxie stilled his movements, interest growing as he watched the beast. Its threat level had already been reduced by a few simple strikes, yet its undead nature was overpowering any commonsense and instinct to flee. This was no longer a battle; it was an opportunity.

    With a wave of his tails the Legendary Pokemon released a few more stars in his Swift to gain its attention. Steadying its talons the bird of prey turned its massive head toward him to screech, but the pixie had predicted this move. In fact, he waited for it. With the others out of the way Uxie held his breath and grew very still. There was a pause, a moment fit for something dramatic, and slowly he opened his real eyes. The undead caught his gaze and an intensity happened in the flash of a second.

    Time seemed to freeze, within his golden eyes Uxie saw the memories of the bird. They were recent, it in its prime with its mate and chicks. Memories of it hunting desperately to feed them all in the diseased world, and returning home to a nest ransacked by a pack of Sneasel. The sensation of grief overwhelmed him, the bird's vision of but one surviving chick filling the memories. Emotions wracked its mind as it hunted for the predators, and the recollection started to warp and fade. Uxie saw the bird with its surviving offspring, both showing signs of disease as the visions decayed rapidly. Then, the trance broke, and the Legend's starry gaze fell closed once more.

    His hover was jostled, tossing him a few inches toward the ground as he regained himself. The bird had also fallen, its chest flat on the wet rooftop as its purged memories left it in a daze. "It is vulnerable." He stated, feeling much of the same.

    Pastoria City || Afternoon [Storming]
    Eleroo 121 || Seek 111

    What was she doing? Seek could hear her own heart pounding within the blood of her ears. It seemed so loud, so deafening, yet the sounds of the bird still carried over it as she ran. She had blundered down the fire escape, moving so hurriedly she slipped through the bars and only landed safely thanks to her own wings. Heat pulsed beneath her pelt, a blazing shame and panic as she bolted from the scene. Some leader she was. Keeping close to the side of the building Seek hardly felt the tug of the muddy ground as she nearly glided over it. All obstacles, weather or physical, meant nothing to her alarmed mind.

    Stumbling around the building the Aiveon tripped, falling face first into the icy cold mud. Spikes of pain shot up her limbs and belly like toxins and she struggled against her faceless enemy until she was back on her paws. Backpedaling and swiping at her face the child felt very exposed, so very open to the sky and the birds it could contain. Shivering with cold and fright the kit tried to send sparks through her pelt but could not get it to do so with all the mud now on it. Shaking her pelt and pawing at her face until she could barely see Seek spotted some sort of dark gap above her and leaped to get some sort of cover within it.
    The drop was further than she thought, the floor under her fall being smooth and hard. Again she pawed at her face, smearing the mud away from her eyes until finally she could see, and a new fright pulsated through her. Blinking in the darkness Seek could see she had gone through a broken window, recently so by the glass on the floor, and that this place was stuffed with all manor of salvaged items.

    Eleroo cringed, visibly frozen to his spot as he watched the display between pixie and predator. What just happened? Uxie seemed hurt or dazed or something, and the Staraptor was even worse off. Was that a sort of psychic power, or show of legendary prowess? A shiver ran down his spine, freeing his paws from their roots as the kit shrunk low to the rooftop. What a frightening display despite the lack of bangs and booms. "It is vulnerable." The legend said with the same calm as ever, as though nothing had just happened. With a rough swallow Eleroo stared blankly at the stunned Staraptor. What was he supposed to do?

    With his heart drumming in his chest the kit wanted nothing more than to shrink down and disappear. He knew his Shadow Ball, his favorite move, was useless against such an enemy, and the rest of his set left much to be desired. He could spray it again with toxins, cover more of its body with the poisonous fluid, but that wasn't much in the long run. Shaking his head to thrust the bad thoughts away Eleroo let out a small wail. He- He could do this! Charging toward the edge of the roof the Radeon veered at the last movement to charge the Staraptor. Its head turned, eyeing him, but they were not the same eyes of a deadly being. Closing his own eyes the child tensed up as he Tackled the larger bird and felt it get tossed back by his force. He was doing it! Adrenaline pumped through his system, and when it didn't retaliate he charged it again, and a third time before stopping to growl warily.

    Was, was something wrong with it? After the last hit it started to react, standing and moving with awkward steps. It cawed, but the sound was small and unlike its battle cries of before. With heavy flaps of its tattered wings the bird tried to fly but barely gained any air and only made its steps more jagged. Eleroo whimpered, concern and confusing filling his jittering mind as he watched it drunkenly stumble and then fall over the edge of the roof in a heap of feathers. There was no attempt to properly fly, to attack, to save itself. No sound after the thud. Eleroo's heart hurt as it beat, unable to process whatever he was feeling. What just happened?

    The Great Marsh|Afternoon
    46

    Instead of waiting for Asura to pick him up and bring him back, Felix walked back though he had a hard time keeping balance as he walked back. Still coughing and having a tough time keeping his strength up, the Sylveon finally made back into the bedding that he was once in. There he laid back down on the soft blanket. "Since they're still a while, *cough* I'll take a nap." The fairy type closed his eyes and started sleeping. It was there he would relax until they got back. However with the weather still dreary and the sound of thunder in between a ten to fifteen second gap, a dream would be a wonderful thing to entertain him in his sleep.

    OoC)) Sorry for the short post I think it would be best to put Felix on Idle for the time being.

    While Uxie knew the repercussions of his action the intermission needed to recover was longer than he had anticipated. For a Pokemon with a burdened with a brilliant mind such as his headaches and cerebral discomfort were the bane of his being, and though dizziness was his primary malaise it was enough to pressure their youngest to act. In his stead Eleroo struck, causing the Staraptor to stumble in its torpor. When they were greeted by silence on its part Uxie reached and sensed to presence at the bottom of the building; it had finally left this mortal coil.

    "It is finished."

    Not one to praise the legend said naught of commendation as he regained his natural levitation height and moved closer to the trembling welp. Rain was still pelting down, wind blustering across the exposed rooftop, but no unnatural sounds crept into the chorus. Contrary to the calm that should have ensued a misplaced quiet seemed to move in, a tension that could not be permitted to hold.

    Uxie lifted his tails as he recognized the sensation heartbeats before it split the sky. Blinding light filled his mind's eye as lightning arched from the ground to the clouds above with thunder booming in unison. In that fraction of a second his breath was held, energy flooding his grey shape as he teleported in the same beat the bolt burst upon the rooftop. An image had to be recalled quickly, forming and blurring with the shower of sparks in their current location as they moved to a new one.

    Before his heart could finish its contraction they had moved. With the requirement for [literal] lightning-fast reactions Uxie had to grab his companions with the utmost haste, and while he felt the successful link there was an unexpected bond with another as they moved. The room was clear around him by the next second, and his hypothesis came to fruition when he did not see Asura beside Shenron and Felix.

    (OoC: After discussion with the team lead they have decided this is the best way for the team to continue, whether we end up with or without certain parties; I have moved both R'hia Kyrie's character to a different location of their choice, as well as Dandelion's into the Marsh Terminal with the remainder of the team. Moving R'hia Kyrie's characters shall be an 'accident' on my behalf.)

    Great Marsh [Terminal] || Afternoon [Storming]
    Eleroo 122 || Seek 112

    Though her hackles were raised Seek forced herself to remain calm. Flicking her ears out she listened intently for any strange sounds. The driving rain and wind roared outside but nothing seemed to come from within aside from the whisper of air from the broken window. Her racing heart made it hard to tell time, but as the beats ticked by it felt more and more likely that she was alone. Her entrance had not been subtle and something should have come to investigate the noise by now. Fear told her not to assume, and with hurried but quiet steps the Avieon started to explore her new surroundings.

    The thick smell of moisture covered most scents but the Avion could still tell that the building had been recently occupied. Fresh smells covered many surfaces and had not been washed off, and the place did not look ramshackled like one would expect a building in storm country to. The floor was clean with clear pathways, and there was no smell of rot or similar to debris. As her pulse started to slow Seek realized everything was vaguely familiar, and that this had to be their target building; the Pokemon Center. Suddenly she felt much more exposed, and peaked cautiously around each corner before moving. With a rough swallow she tried to remember Felix's description. Something about Lum berries.. right? That felt like another life now, and with a silent curse to herself the Aiveon wished her companions had been on her heels. Did he say anything else? I can't remember..

    With a vague understanding of her surroundings Seek snooped through each room she came across. The further she investigated the clearer it was that the good stuff had indeed been taken, but random and stray medicines and apparatuses still lingered in many of the cabinets and shelves. One that was ajar caught her eye, and nudging it open with one paw she could see several jars that were crusted over with dust. Clawing one out onto the floor she smeared the grime away with one muddy paw. The label made it hard to see but the inside had a green tint, and beneath the film of dust was a roundish green picture. Seek had no idea what she was looking at; she couldn't read, or rightly see in the dark room. The only thought to come to mind was to open the jar and see if it smell of the berries at all, not that she really remembered their scent. Grasping it firmly in her teeth the Aiveon prepped herself to pry it open but was interrupted by a sudden blinding light.

    For a second, everything was gone. Seek couldn't move, she couldn't even process what to feel as all disappeared and then, by the next heartbeat, reappeared as something else. Frozen in her hunched crouch, teeth firmly on the jar, she blinked several times to take in the room around her. The first thing she noticed way the bright orange figure of Shenron. But how? The air was considerably warmer than the building she was in, the space brighter, and ground soft compared to what she was on. She noticed the heap of Felix's matted fur on the floor. There was no way he had left... so was she, back in their base..? "WAhhh!" Eleroo's squeal made her bite harder on the jar and jump to attention. The Radeon was just a few feet away, soaking wet and rubbing at his wrist as though trying to get something off. He was here too? What was happening?!

    Eleroo's leg was burning. The flash of lightning was so close he could feel the sizzling heat upon wet fur. Rubbing at the pain he whined in agony. How was he still standing..? Wincing in pain he peeked through his eyelids for damage but noticed.. the roof looked really different. With eyes wide open the Radeon thrust his head around and stared with clear confusion. "...We're back..?" He gasped, looking at the faces of his friends.

    "Seek!" He squeaked, noticing the muddy female and was genuinely excited to see she had made it back too before noticing the jar in her teeth. "Is that..?" He started to say but the Aiveon cut him off. Setting the jar on the floor she wiped off her mouth with one muddy paw before saying, "I'm not sure. It's the right color but R'hia needs to read it to be sure." Nodding vigorously Eleroo thought that made perfect sense and turned past Uxie to R'hia only to find she was not there. "..R'hia?" Tilting his head back toward the pixie he stared blankly and waited for an anxious response.

    ((This post is a little janky but Seek/Eleroo popped up right beside Shenron and Felix. Feel free to notice that Asura vanished too. ))

    Great Marsh|Afternoon (87)

    Shenron jumped hearing a squeak and knocked over the clutter he had been nosing through leading to him being covered in souvenir towels and flags. He shook his head some and held up his tail letting him see. "Ah! You're back! What did..?" The sentence caught on his tongue noticing some were missing. The human and Asura? He looked at Uxie with a befuddled expression before approaching Seek and Eleroo holding out two of the towels. There was no way Asura had just... Ran out on him right? Not without him hearing. Not even to mention how cowardice disgusted him and Asura seemed to honorable to act in such a way... "Is everyone ok? No wounds? You weren't followed?" Shenron said that last bit in a sort of a concerned whisper. Like a mother comforting a child who came home after a rough excursion to the park where local bullies were known to be. Any other questions could wait. He didn't want to overwhelm them with waffling. No one looked visibly injured or was acting erratically. Save for Eleroo but that may just be the suddenness of the situation. He could not in confidence say he wouldn't have done the same. In fact he may have flopped on the floor and suffered a mild panic attack.

    Felix still felt miserable, but hope was not lost as he still had the two to keep him company while they waited. Even Felix wondered what the future holds and whether they'll live long enough to see it. Though he wasn't in much of a sleep, he was able to relax a bit. Every now and then he opened his eyes up to see if anyone has came back. It wasn't as of yet, but the rain had continued to fall with some rumbles of thunder. I can taste the medicine. Hopefully they got it. It would suck if it was all destroyed then everything would be lost and we'd have to make it by scratch. The thought of it though was someone distressing. Making it would be rather tough without a medicinal botany book like the one that he handed Green. One thing though was one of her pokèmon wasn't in the mood to hold any conversation. Either way he'd have to go by taste.

    Soon he heard voices and with both eyes wide open he moved enough to see it was Seek, Eleroo and Uxie, but where's R'hia? Hopefully she'll be okay out there. "Did...did you get the *cough* Lum berry?" Felix asked them. All that was needed was to have both the lum berry and oran berry mixed together and heated hot enough to fully make their juices at their maximum flavor and effects. However he also hoped they found the already made medicine as well. "Soon this will make me *coughs* feel better. It might make me a bit *coughs* sleepy, but I should handle it." The Sylveon started wagging his tail in a way showing he was really appreciative of what they gone through to get him to feel better.

    "Forgive my abruptness,"  he breathed with an audible exhaustion to his otherwise a stoic voice, "the strike would have proved lethal had I delayed." Faint burning littered Eleroo's front limbs from the residue embers of the bolt. Had another tenth of a second passed electricity could have easily been allowed to travel and stopped his heart, not to mention himself and their other companion.

    Whom was now missing. Eleroo spoke her name with notable question when realizing she was not present. "They're safe." He declared omnipotently, adding in the second party though he was not mentioned.  "Some bonds cannot be broken. Though it is not clear to me where I can sense they were moved to another location."

    He knew their souls still radiated within this world due to lingering attachment from grabbing them with his teleport, but the legend had no sense of distance for where they reappeared. Such worries were trivial to him. The pair was safe but no longer with them, so there was no reason to concern himself with the matter any longer. Instead, his labored float pushed him in  Felix's direction to give the malaised Pokémon a visual examination.

    His sweaty, matted fur looked no better, and his pupils remained large and unfocused. What words he managed we're broken by coughing fits. Uxie could only assume the medicine would act as a bronchodilator with additional fever reduction properties, but with the specifics of the disease unknown to him he was forced to rely on human innovation.

    Eleroo 123 || Seek 113

    That was odd. Eleroo's big red eyes blinked at the spot R'hia had been. He had appeared in the same spot relative to Uxie, so why hadn't she- "Ah! You're back! What did..?" Shenron's voice broke his small trance, and the Radeon turned while graciously accepting the towel. "Thank you," He wheezed, grateful for its warmth against his cold body. "Is everyone ok? No wounds? You weren't followed?" Pulling the towel down she he could look at the dragon Eleroo answered, "We're okay. There was an undead but Uxie took care of it." Giving a soft smile to the legend the child glanced at Seek before continuing. "We were on a rooftop, mostly, and only saw one of those Pokemon. They didn't see us though." Giving a glance to Seek he wondered where she had gone, or more so how she came to have the jar they were possibly looking for.

    Letting the jar lull at her paws Seek narrowed her eyes at the empty spaces in the room. "Yeah," she breathed, still trying to get her bearings, "no one should have noticed the sudden exit either." Pointing her gaze at the legend she forced any irritation aside. They were back, and that was that. Except.. The empty space. "Where's R'hia?" She asked before turning to the other void space. "And Asura." Had he gone after them for taking too long? "Forgive my abruptness, the strike would have proved lethal had I delayed." Uxie started, his words directed more toward Eleroo. Only then did Seek notice the irritation on his limbs, and concern bubbled up. Before she could ask the legend continued, "They're safe. Some bonds cannot be broken. Though it is not clear to me where I can sense they were moved to another location."

    Opening her mouth any words died on Seeks tongue. What did he mean? Were they lost? Had he done this? What if they were in danger?! Though questions raced in her mind the Aiveon forced all her paws to stay grounded and her sodden fur to lie flat. "Okay." She breathed tensely, and after a deep breath she bound to the couch under the window. Her towel bounced but remained stuck to her person as she looked stiffly around the town. "You said they're safe?" She asked, needing the reassurance. Why did it have to be them... "Well.. it wouldn't be safe for us to look around blindly for them. They can take care of themselves, especially if they're together."

    Her heart sank at the thought though. "We can only hope they're close by and make it back.." Of all the Pokemon she had lost her muscle and the first human she had seen in a long time. Hopping down from the couch she padded back to the jar. "Sucks we can't read what this is though." They didn't have the privilege to brood over it now. Pushing it toward Felix she set it upright and gnawed at the lid until it gave a loud pop that it was open. "Hopefully this is the right one." She huffed, sitting firmly in front of Felix as she waited for a response.

    Shenron nodded a bit stiffly turning to Uxie as they explained. It made sense. At least it sounded like it did. Shenron wasn't a Psychic or Legend expert. Even from what Arkana attempted to explain. It went in one ear and stumbled it's way out of the other. As long as they were safe it wasn't a matter to dwell on. And they would understand if they needed to move on from this shelter and track them or find a safer path elsewhere. Shenron turned attention to the jar and recoiled slightly. Medicine. The scent was enough to put its taste on his tongue and the back of his throat. His gaze fell on Felix with concern and he raised his brows curiously at him. Hopefully he knew at least what the medicine looked, tasted and smelled like... Right? This was a pretty rough gamble if that wasn't the case...

    Seeing the jar that Seek had rolled to him, he was sure that was the right one. From what he can tell, she's changed. They didn't have to go out of their way and put themselves into danger for him. Yet they did. "Hopefully this is the right one." The coloration of the medicine was exactly right, but without a human, it would be tough to get him to drink it up. Unless Shenron could do that part of it. Despite his doubts, he was thankful that they had done this for him. All that was left was to drink the contents and since it has a high percentage of inducing drowsiness, it would likely require him to have one to carry him if they plan to move onward. A small smile came from Felix's face as he still had looked miserable. Coughs continued to disrupt his smile, but nevertheless the Sylveon would soon be back to a healthy condition again.

    A response then came from Felix. "This is it. *coughs* Thanks Seek. You know, you're brave to *coughs* find this." Despite Seek not being friendly to him half of the time, he could tell she really does care. If only his trainer was to see this then it would be a heartwarming thing to see eeveelutions sticking together. Though who knows if he'll ever find him or if the army would even come find him. Now all that was left was to ask Shenron to give him the medicine. "Shenron, can you?" Felix asked the Charizard to give the medicine. It was simply just to give the dosage from the bottle. If his memory served right, it was give dosage and let rest for the rest of the day. There was one more thing he had to say. "If we have to *coughs* move from this place after the *coughs* medicine is taken, someone will have to *cough* carry me since I will likely be extremely drowsy from it." Hopefully though that they won't have to. Time would only tell if that was to come.

    "Okay."

    The single word spoke much of the restraint the kit was putting forth to remain courtly. Instead of immediate hostilities she waited to digest the ramifications of his actions. There was naught they could do, and when Seek voiced that understanding she seemed eager not to linger on it. Their sick patient was and still is the prime objective, and the legend could see the misery painted upon his face. Felix was conscious but the repetitive coughing and bleary look to his eyes spoke gravely of his condition.

    Alas, the legend could not keep himself focused on the task at hand. Backing away from the vulpines and letting himself drift downward Uxie's stubby feet made touchdown and he fell back slowly onto the support of his arms. Drained, he was, as the repose he originally sought had become tediously active. Felix's words were little more than a buzz within his ears as he spoke, but even in his state Uxie knew it to be a positive sign. With their task complete the legend withdrew his mind from the others and allowed himself a quiet moment.

    Great Marsh [Terminal] || Afternoon [Storming]
    Eleroo 124 || Seek 114

    Eleroo felt strange. They should be happy; they got the medicine and made it back safely! All in all no one really got hurt either, they weren't seen, and there were no casualties. It should have been a joyous return, but Eleroo could only feel sorrow for their missing friends. Were they alright? What if the native Pokemon found them, or some undead? What if they needed help...? A rough swallow threatened to choke him as the kit walked with his head low over to the couch. Moving carefully as not to disturb his blanket he hopped up and peeked out the window with wide eyes. What if they never found them again..?

    "This is it. *coughs* Thanks Seek. You know, you're brave to *coughs* find this." Seek's blue eyes widened slightly, unused to earnest praise. She sat up a little taller, feeling renewed pride in herself after so long. As easily as she could have boasted the Aiveon felt no need to, and instead chose to say, "Hopefully it helps." As Felix called Shenron over she padded away, not wanting to crowd the pair. Instead, she wanted to look in on the others, and felt a shame knowing they had dwindled in numbers. Tossing her head toward Uxie she noticed how the legend was resting upon the ground. That's odd. She could not recall a moment the pixie was not levitating. Concern rested on her tongue. Should she ask if he was alright, what happened on the rooftop? She hesitated, and after a few heartbeats turned away with eyes downcast. I left him.

    Walking closer to Eleroo she couldn't ask him anything before Felix continued. "If we have to *coughs* move from this place after the *coughs* medicine is taken, someone will have to *cough* carry me since I will likely be extremely drowsy from it." Drowsy..? That would have been nice to know earlier. Irritation threatened to creep into Seek's voice, her claws digging into the floor, but with a deep breath she spoke with a calm voice. "Do you see anything Eleroo?"
    The male had his nose pressed to the glass, big eyes taking in the outside world. "No, nothing." Though he did not look he could hear Seek's pads pacing behind him. She had just checked outside, so why was she so concerned? Had something come after her? "What about a way out? A place the mud didn't cover?" Pulling his face away Eleroo looked back at his kin. Shaking his head in disappointment he could see now the tension in her face. This was getting to her.. "N-no. I didn't think to look." Regardless of the Staraptor's attack that thought hadn't even crossed his mind.

    Deep breaths. Sitting down Seek tucked her paws in closely. What were their options? When her mind came up blank she yielded that they had very few. Leaving would still be a risk, between the weather and mud, and staying remained a gamble. "Hopefully we won't have to move before you're ready." She finally said, giving Felix a response. "However.. I feel we're outstaying our welcome, so if that is what we must do, we will."

    Great Marsh|Afternoon (89)

    Shenron perked up some hearing himself being addressed and came over. He looked at the jar and crouched on his knees carful to pick it up as to not spill it. His tongue stuck out some at the scent but he endured it. Carefully flicking his wrist as his own trainer had done to insure the concoction was well-mixed, Shenron held it out to him slightly tilted. This was awkward... It made him feel like the trainer. Like he was babying a sick teammate who lacked thumbs or the dexterity to help themselves. Then again it was no issue to help someone who really needed it for him.
