I typed this up in skype but forgot to post it here! Haha whoops.
Alright! So what we are looking at is the team wanting to get out of the marsh as soon as its day again. They are going to set up camp for the night in the tram station and once day breaks follow the tracks back toward the city.
Route 112 is always pouring down rain so whats gonna go down is a massive rainstorm and I mean massive! As everyone is heading toward the city the rain is going to start falling, coating the nearby routes, the marsh, Pastoria City, everything. There will be flooding, mudslides, and heavy wind.
Now this isn't going to be some freak weather phenomena. Its continual, annual, almost normal even and some Pokemon have taken it upon themselves to use the City as their personal shelter during the times of heavy rain. They will have commandeered either most or all of the city and will be hostile to outsiders as this is their home and their larder is limited/low.
Seek for one is not going to enjoy being told to leave when all they want is some shelter from the rain. If the team does try to leave they are going to find that heavy flooding/mudslides block the exits and make land-based travel dangerous. The fliers cant help either because the wind is too strong above the houses and trees for them to maneuver safely, especially with passengers. What this all boils down to is a turf war over miscommunication and just looking for a dry place to stay.
Anyone got anything to add, spices things up maybe? This is gonna be a party. A cold, wet, miserable party 8)
Also, welcome R'hia! I hope its an enjoyable time for you~
