| History | For the first while of his life, Genos’s life was nice and happy. He lived with his parents and a younger sister; they didn't go out much and stuck to their little family group and a few friends. By the time he turned 13, Genos evolved into a strong Lucario, the evolution triggered by his love for his family. Once he evolved, the Lucario spent more time with his father, but he always found time to play with his younger sister. However, the happy times didn't last. A crazed Aggron escaped from its trainer and fled, razing whatever fell into its path. The steel type ran into Genos and his family while they had been playing, and it caught them by surprise. The Aggron attack viciously, killing his mother instantly and leaving his father bleeding out on the ground. Genos and his sister were not spared from the Aggron’s rage either. Genos threw himself in front of the Aggron's attack to save his sister, but only succeeded in getting both his arms impaled at the shoulder by the steel type's horns. Even though he was in excruciating pain, Genos still hit the Aggron with his specialty move by spitting the fire at the steel type with Incinerate. This however caused the Aggron's head to jerk back, taking Genos's arms with it. The Lucario fell to the ground his head bounced off a sharp stone and knocked him out. When he regained consciousness, Genos found himself too weak to move. He knew it’d only been a few seconds since he passed out, because the Aggron only just finished slaughtering his sister. With a wailing cry, Genos watched as the Aggron lumbered off, the thundering steps sending a hail of stones and sticks onto the Lucario. Unable to fend off the falling hazards, Genos got a stick wedged in one eye and a rock in the other. His vision gone, the Lucario could only wail for help as he lay there, defenceless and blind. Only a minute or two passed before a human came running through, their eyes falling eyes on Genos. They ran over, checking his vitals, which were weak, but still keeping him alive - but only just. Carefully lifting the injured Lucario up, Genos had no choice to trust the human in his wounded state. The human helped Genos to his feet and led the badly wounded dual type away where he knew he'd be able to help the Lucario. The surgery Genos went through was a long and difficult one. Metal plates were attached to where his shoulders once sat, and after a long and painstaking time of connecting wires and nerves, Genos was able to move his arms again, but he still was blind. His eyes had been irreparably damaged, and so the doctor found a transplant from a Direyena that had been donated for surgical and transplant use. After dying the iris a bright orange-yellow, the eyes were transplanted with no issue. After a few months to get used to his now robotic arms and new eyes, Genos thanked the kind doctor, who told Genos to call him Dr. Stench. He warned Genos that if he pushed himself too far, that the arms had a chance of breaking and showed him how to fix them if that issue ever arose. Over the following few years, Genos spent his time looking for the Aggron that killed his family, remembering their face well from having to fight it. He helped out anyone he was able to; making sure that no one else got injured from unexpected dangers. He became known as the 'Demon Cyborg' from his unique appearance and the way he dealt with his opponents. Genos was on the way to another call when he was attacked by a violent Scyther. Despite battling his best, Genos still got seriously injured in the fight. He was beginning to think he'd never catch the Aggron, when he was saved by a powerful Sawk that defeated the Scyther with Close Combat. A week later, Genos returned to Saitama's residence - a small cavern in a dangerous part of the mountains. While talking to the Sawk, a group of pokemon attacked them. While Saitama and Genos took them out with quick and rehearsed attacks, the duo agreed to put their conversation on hold until they got to the bottom of the attack. The pair travelled to a battle tower which was run by a human scientist that obsessed over the evolution of pokemon, even if they weren't recognized by the scientific community. Once they spotted Genos and Saitama, they sent out another few minions which the two managed to tag team and defeat. After the attack, Genos and Saitama move to a more secluded living space, and the two ended up sparring for Genos to test how he fared against Saitama. Even though Genos was easily defeated every time, Genos was glad that he knew the difference he and Saitama were on. The Sawk agreed to make him stronger, giving him a TM and showing the Lucario how to use it. The one thing that Genos recognized as his greatest weakness was his tendency to get over-emotional during a fight. He’d often let his anger or determination push him too far and he would end up hurting himself in the process. His attacks had a recoil effect on him if he over-used them, so he made sure he’d always give himself a cool-down after each fight. Despite Saitama's reluctance, Genos moved in with the Sawk, and the two began to train every day, where Saitama would teach Genos something new every day, and before long the Lucario had grown significantly stronger - but he still couldn't match Saitama, who soundly beat him with every dual. While frustrated, Genos didn't let this get to him, and instead he kept training. During one of his battles with Saitama, the two got wind of the Epidemic. The two fighting types didn't hear of it at first in their secluded living area, and they thought nothing of the purple splotched pokemon that sought them out, since they were easily defeated by the two once determined to be hostile. Saitama and Genos agreed they would split up and help others who had been affected by this plague, and if they met up again, they would dual to see how they had grown stronger on their travels. Bidding farewell to Saitama, Genos split paths from his mentor and began to travel. |
| Bulbapedia | "Lucario is a bipedal, canine-like Pokémon, with fur that is predominantly blue and black. It possesses a short, round spike on the back of each forepaw, in addition to a third on its chest. It has a long snout and ears. When its mouth is open, it has two pairs of pointed teeth, one in the upper jaw and one in the lower. It possesses cream-colored fur on its torso, and blue fur on its thighs that resembles shorts. It has a medium length tail of the same blue color as well. It stands on its toes rather than on its entire foot. It has developed four small black appendages on its head, which rise when Lucario reads or manipulates aura, a special energy that it senses. Lucario can study this energy to predict the movements of their opponents and track their quarry. They also have the power to manipulate this energy in an offensive manner, in the form of explosive spheres of energy. | Appearance | While normal in coloration for a Lucario, Genos's markings are vastly different. His ears are tipped in black, and the black mask stops at his eyes, following down the sides of his muzzle and covering his nose. The four sensors on his head have a splotch of black on them that starts from the top and goes down to cover them near the end. His tail is very sleek but fluffy, and his paws are tipped in blue. One of Genos's most prominent physical features are his robotic arms and yellow eyes with black sclera. From an accident when he was younger, Genos had both his arms irreparably damaged, and after a confrontation with a kind doctor, the Lucario got them replaced with black metal that glow orange in between the metal. His eyes were also replaced, since the retinas had been irreparably damaged in his accident, and were replaced with a Direyena's, and the red was colored yellow by the doctor before they were transplanted. He also has one gold stud in each ear. |

| Personality | Pros Genos is a very serious 'mon who doesn't take crap, but he also looks up to others with power. He is always striving to get stronger and will use his Calm Mind before a battle in hopes that if he makes himself stronger before he meets back up with Saitama, so that he can defeat his mentor. Genos is very good with kids, and he is a guardian at heart. If there is a child in a group, he will dedicate himself to protecting them as a way to console himself for being unable to protect his sister. Genos is very good in a group as both a leader and a follower. He will do any command without hesitation, unless it puts himself or others in danger in the process. Cons While very powerful, Genos is also emotional. His emotions sometimes get the better of him and he can act rashly when he doesn't mean to. His serious nature doesn't always help him out, becoming a burden if the time calls for a bit of play. Despite this though, Genos also acts childish at times and doesn't always get some things. Genos has a bad habit of pushing himself too far. He doesn't know when to quit unless it is pointed out to him, and even then he doesn't always listen. If he is up against a powerful opponent, Genos will push himself to best them, often damaging himself in the process from the recoil of his attacks. Neutral Genos cannot make jokes. He hasn't got a funny sense, and he doesn't really get jokes either, usually taking them way too seriously or not getting them at all. He also cannot really grasp sarcasm. Genos is a Demiromantic Asexual. Genos has basic knowledge of technical repair from what Dr. Stench taught him so he could repair his own arms. |
| User Notes | -Using a mutator for height, arms and the move Incinerate. -Shiny because of markings. -Based off Genos from One Punch Man -Father was a Simisear that learned Incinerate as a Pansear. -Because of how his arms were constructed, powerful attacks will cause recoil, pushing him backwards, or in some cases - knocking him right off his feet. The more powerful the attack, the more powerful the recoil and the higher chance there is to damage the robotic parts. -The Aggron Genos is pursuing is actually dead, but he doesn't know that. |
