History:
Lullaby lived in Viridian forest all her life. Her mother often helped put the other Pokemon in the forest to sleep. She never had a father in her life. Lullaby couldn't help her mother, Chinglings were quite loud and obnoxious. When Lullaby evolved, she learned how to soothe Pokemon to sleep from her dear mother.

When the epidemic hit Kanto, things went terribly wrong. Lullaby was trying to put a Pikachu to sleep, but it suddenly tackled her, and bit at her tail repeatedly, tearing some pieces off.

The Chimecho lay on the ground for what seemed like forever, and when she woke up, she had no idea what had happened. She began to wander the forest.

Lullaby was very violent as she wandered. She had killed many, not on purpose. She took most of her rage and hunger out on the Pokemon in a group.

Lullaby even killed her own mother.

Lullaby is alone in the world.
