| History | Born in a year before the Epidemic, Kryppuk had very little time to enjoy an innocent life before chaps ensued. He was born to a professional breeder, a person who bred for strength but halted the moment they saw the hatchling's shiny colours. Named Kryppuk, the child was nourished and cared for like royalty. Special care was taken to make sure they knew how to use the moves they had, but also careful planning to not push the baby too far physically either. However when the Epidemic hit, Kryppuk was abandoned like the rest of the human's Pokemon. Left alone with strange Pokemon, they cried for their father. But the adult Spiritomb had been taken with their trainer for protection, leaving the baby behind. Picked up by another abandoned Pokemon, a Swanna helped him escape the infected and cared for the baby amidst the apocalypse. However, it was only a few months before Kryppuk was separated without warning from their caregiver. Wandering alone, they ran into a group of Pokemon that took the child in. A few months later that group, too, fell apart. The cycle went along for years, Kryppuk never on his own for long but his past companions always leaving him. Growing into an awkward child, he was no longer a baby but still was lonely. His most recent affections fell upon a scarfed Meowstic, though. His name was #00115 and he kept running from the Spiritomb. Two days passed but the child only felt more affection for the awkward cat, calling him 'Daddy'. This seemed to only upset the cat more, though, and Kyrppuk did not understand why. Either way, he has kept close behind the Meowstic, despite all efforts to ditch the kid behind. |
| Appearance | "Although lacking a physical body, Spiritomb projects its appearance out of a small rock called the Odd Keystone. The rock is trapezoidal in shape and has two small dots. There is a crack running down the middle, splitting in two near the bottom. The crack in combination with the two dots appears to form a frowning face. Spiritomb's projected appearance is an ethereal composition of swirling purple fog. Its face is set in the middle of the fog and contains green, crescent eyes that are connected to its jagged mouth. Its pupils are composed of a spiral and it is sometimes only seen with one. Swirling around its face are green orbs with yellow centers. Spiritomb is formed by the collection of 108 spirits being trapped in an Odd Keystone due to misdeeds. Some Spiritomb are up to 500 years old. As seen in the anime, Spiritomb can be just as aggressive and destructive as the spirits that it is composed of. It will lash out at anyone with little thought, often exercising short sightedness in its pursuit of vengeance." Only a child, they are much smaller than adults of their species, and will grow to full height in time, but for now is a little over two thirds full size. They are a shiny variant, their body swirling with deep violet orbs within a crystal blue body. Their eyes match the same striking violet. Only a child, they are actually quite inquisitive and naturally optimistic, but due to their species a genuine smile is always mistaken for a devious smirk. |
| Personality | Only a child, Kryppuk is similar to what is expected of their age. Kryppuk is inquisitive and curious, wanting to know more about everything and asking questions. They are naive to most social status and cues, unable to distinguish complicated emotions like greed or hatred but knowing anger and sad. Uncomprehending of death for the most part, they tend to not know why the other is 'sleeping', and will nudge and bump the body in trying to wake them. When there is no response for a long time, Kryppuk will cry. They have not yet witnessed themself an undead rising after a living dies and would probably still loyally follow the Pokemon if it happened, oblivious to their companion's new violent state of mind. In general they are a gentle soul, bonding to a particular Pokemon and sticking to them closely. Affectionate, Kryppuk will cuddle and sit side by side where they are touching, oblivious to any sort of discomfort this causes. Prone to fits of irrational anger, they act no less than their age in such situations. They will spit out Smokescreen and sulk while other Pokemon cough on the smoke and are blinded, at night they will lash out with Nightmare and torment sleeping Pokemon and humans alike when holding a strong enough grudge, as well as throwing out literally Spite, making it take more effort to use a specific technique or fighting move. Due to the 108 spirits that make up Kyrppuk's mind, they are androgynous due to having many of both genders in their head. Most of the spirits are average, but a number of them are indeed sinister too. They take turns whispering in their mind, swaying from encouragement and sweet gestures, to talk of jealously, abandonment, coveting and even physical harm. It goes without saying that they are very impressionable considering they are a five year old, and both outside influences and the spirits swirling inside of them. |

Couldn't think of a gender neutral name for the entire entity and my own Spiritomb is named that so took inspiration. |
