Species may or may not be changed to Dragonite, Hydreigon (?), Absol, or if Generation 6 is allowed, Goodra.

There have been numerous reports regarding this character filed and, after careful review, the accused charge of theft of concept and character design falling under the realm of intellectual property has been decided to be a false charge.

No theft in this case can be claimed as the character fits more as a cameo of another sites concept while keeping tue to our rules here. It is not the same character and shows to be original other than the fact of only bearing the same name and similar personality.

There is no fraud here and so should any more complaints arise they will be considered harrassment and will be dealt with as such.
