Dragest, the alt Dragonair evo

I find this one absolutely delightful. The simplicity is very nice in my eyes, though I have always yearned for a Pokemon resembling the Chinese Lung as they are my favorite dragon species.

I have nothing to point out and will approve once the other Admins respond.

I like the design very much.
The colors go well with its' previous forms, and the cleanliness of the design compliments the original pokemon designs.
That and we needed an Eastern dragon up in this shit.
And I can think of no better dragon line than this one for it to work with.

I like the gem concept, it's quite interesting.

I approve the design as-is, but there is a minor change I would like to see, but not required.

The horns of the male and female are the same size; usually in nature males horns are larger for attracting mates, showing dominance, etc.

I like the differences between male and female, but I think having the males' horns larger would make this design exceptional, solidifying it as a believable creature.

Since it has hands, it would be ok to include any claw-like attacks, like Dragon Claw. I would look to Salamence for reference on which moves would be appropriate. You could also include Dragon Claw in its start moveset, as Dragonite has the elemental punches in his. However, these are mere suggestions.

As far as everything else goes, it looks good.

I would suggest also suggest, however, adding your signature move in a Tutor section to show how it learns it. Judging by your User Notes and the fact it is not in level up suggests it is tutor only.
