Hey! Krajin here! Just signed up a few days ago. Got a question concerning Pokemon with learned TM moves, I've read through the creation list and figure TM moves limited by what they can actually learn from the list on Bulbapedia. Are there any straight up disallowed TM moves for any Pokemon?

If a pokemon can learn a move, barring special events, then it's fair game, whether it's TM or breeding or Tutor. C: Hope that helps.
