"You know what?! FUCK IT AND FUCK YOU!" Despite how pumped up on adrenaline Written was for this heated battle, she couldn't help but hold back a chuckle at Bass' rather
passionate words towards their enemies.
You've got 'em, Bass! The Swellow gave a nod towards the Torterra, glancing in worry at his burning tree, but nonetheless prepared to dive into the fight once again. It was stupid of her to think that she could take on that purple Luxray (she had her it call itself 'Rionnah') by herself - that lion had easily swiped her away as if she were a Ledyba!
Meanwhile, Bass had thrown down upon the earth a massive Earthquake, but with much thankfulness for her flight Written couldn't feel a thing.
Now there's just a matter about the others... Rocket was an okay guy, and being a ground type he must be used to feeling earthquakes. Vladi- well, that Ninetails is off and around somewhere, so no matter. And...
The little Eevee! The unknown normal type from before, with the pretty flower in her head, had charged forward and fired a Shadow Ball at the two fighting cats, before fleeing to hide behind Bass.
Rocket had gone to taunt his undead evolution. Amber had gone to fight with Rionnah. Bass had rained hell upon some more hell with his impromptu Earthquake. Even the small Eevee had done its part.
And now it's time for mine. She paused for but a moment; just what exactly could a weak Swellow like her possibly do? Written in the Fates flapped her wings to bring her in a higher elevation, circling the fighting from high above like a Braviary seeking prey. She had once heard that a child can do more than an adult because they don't know any better, that they can do the impossible because they don't
know that it's impossible.
Maybe I should be more like a child. Taking a deep breath, and focusing on what her gut was telling her, Written in the Fates took a risk and began a dive head-first towards the two undead, not sure if she would miss or strike a critical hit. In her mind's eye as the air rushed past her, Written in the Fates' entire adventure flashed before her; how just meeting these Pokemon had shifted her goal from finding her Muse to sticking with everyone, from helping only herself to sacrificing for others.
... But I think I've found my Muse after all.Perhaps she had found her happy ending, no matter how bleak it may look at face value.[ooc: thought I'd bring this sucker back in~]

He could not help but run away when that Ninetails had yell voraciously and with great ferocity. West Flame didn't even bother listening to what the fire type had to say. All he knew was that he had to get away from those other living creature for a while, get some peace and quiet, and that he did; before he knew it, he had gone through the forest, and had found a small hollow beneath a tree to rest for a while, breathing heavily. With his limp it had taken twice as long to get where he was, and along the way multitudes of birds were cawing suspiciously over his head. If not for his dark black fur, Flame of the West was certain they would have rained down upon him.
But upon catching his breath, he had realized what a stupid mistake he had made - when would he ever find living, breathing, heart-beating animals like the ones that he had found?
I ought to find them right away. It was an ideal path to take, and with a grunt and a wheeze, the Umbreon had gathered his senses and gotten to his feet. He had been searching for that bird and her friends since.
But the going was rough, but that was to be expected. Many times he had to stop to rest because it was becoming difficult to breath, and other times it was simply his limp that was holding him back, but after who knows how long, West Flame finally found himself at the side of a clearing, mildly shocked (but not
that much) to find that the others were fighting. Although he could not find the Ninetails amongst them, there was that Gabite - and the Torterra! - and even Written, fighting a rather nasty duo of Pokemon. Flame of the West wasn't sure what was happening, but he had to help.
Even if I won't be of much use.The Moonlight Pokemon limped forward with as much guile as he could muster, coming to the side of the Torterra and preparing a Confuse Ray upon the two offenders. That is, until the Torterra began stomping his massive feet down on the hard ground, tree tops shaking as the tremors shook the earth.
D-dear Arceus! He exclaimed in his mind as he struggled to stay afoot, his concentration lost.
"Dumbnuts!" West Flame cursed under his breath, his right hind leg pulsating just slightly with pain.
That Earthquake must have pulled a ligament! Shaking his head, Flame of the West looked onward. He could introduce himself when all this was settled. But for now, all he could do was scrape up and throw sand with his fore paws and aim Sand Attacks at the Garchomp and Luxrays.
