Anyone who has an infected pokemon must start adding purple/gray/red elements to them, depending on the species.
Animal: Gray tones and purple undertones affects the skin, fur or feathers (whatever applicable). This also translates to purple markings. Red fluorescent eyes.
Plant: Gray tones and reddish undertones or even markings. Red fluorescent eyes.
Inorganic: Red eyes and purple or red undertones. Typically, they're already gray if they're steel-type. This gray becomes splotchy with red or purple. Red fluorescent eyes.
Species with higher resilience aren't showing signs yet, but mid to low resilience to the infection are.
Ask Slange for edits of your existing pokemon, or you can do it yourself.
Any future infected created that were infected within a month of the outbreak will also show these colorations.
