| History | Chex was born from a Braviary father and a Swellow mother. She had been raised up to be a smart pokemon. Her parents taught her essential lessons and even harder lessons to learn, but sometimes, she even taught them somethings. She was deemed superbly smart in logical reasons for things. A lot of situations required her to learned these lessons of the mechanics of a pokemon or humans mind. When she visited her friends, she was the one who would give them advice. Other pokemon had slight admiration for her way to solve problems. When she was old enough, she set out and away from her parents. She wanted to find her own place of where she would fit in. When the epidemic hit, she had to find shelter. She stayed in shelter for a long while before trying to even venture out into the open. She found a tattered cloth of what seemed to be a humans clothes. She also had been into fashionable items and shiny things. She liked to stay away from normality, and give herself cool design ideas. She, one day, had even found some shiny paint that the humans left behind, and painted her face with it. When she had finally escaped the undead, she saw her parents tree had been ripped down to the ground and no trace of them left. She grieved for a long time after; assuming they had been killed. She ventured away from her home in Ilex Forest to find new friends, and maybe, under some feat of a miracle, her parents. |

| History | Ruffles was born and raised in the wild. He had no parents, and he learned to fend for himself. The little Rufflet at the age didn't consider him any different from other Pokemon, but nonetheless hides from trainers. He didn't know that he was a shiny at the time, not at all. It's been 4 months since his birth, he was getting frankly bored by all the trainers that tried to catch him, he figured he must be different after seeing their happy expressions, and him comparing himself with his other Rufflet 'friends'. Those friends actually hated him, so he was always alone. 6 months. He was finally captured by a trainer by the name of Slange. The Rufflet immediately obeyed and respected the trainer, he didn't understand why, but he just did. He stayed with Slange for about a week in the wilderness, getting lost in various forests. He felt a spark of new feelings; Friendship and trust. However, by the time they reached a town, they already made their way to the Pokecenter. Ruffles did know what it was; It was for healing... But they weren't there for the healing. Slange made her way over to the Union Room, telling Ruffles that they were to be meeting a friend. Ruffles didn't know why, but Slange acted... Strange. The moment they entered the Union Room, they immediately spotted a girl with dark-brown hair, she wore t-shirt a shorts. She looked tomboyish, and young, probably Slange's age, maybe older. She greeted herself as Thien Kim. The conversation between Slange and Kim seemed endless, time seemed to pass slowly. Ruffles didn't mind, just as long as Slange and him get out to go explore more. That didn't happen however. Slange waved a goodbye at Ruffles as she handed hos Pokeball over to Thien Kim. The Rufflet didn't feel heartbroken, though he wondered why Slange was going. He felt his trust is handed over to Kim. And so, their adventure began. Thien Kim was actually a newbie at being a Pokemon trainer, Ruffles didn't mind, but he protected her with all of his might. He felt his friendship bonded with her was stronger than him with Slange's. The two had three rivals, in which they always defeat. Those three were also Kim's childhood friends, who all had the same goal; Become the League Champion. Unstoppable duo they were! Things went wrong with Kim the moment they reached Goldenrod City, it was as if she became a different person. So distant from Ruffles. What happened? What's wrong Kim? It turned out she met a group of people, they were bullying her, letting her down. They smashed her Pokeballs, all except Ruffles's. Kim protected his Pokeball while he was asleep in there, she took the pain. Don't do that again. Kim stayed in GoldenRod for a while, she figured she was safe there, but no, the bullies came again, and beat her to near death for Ruffles's Pokeball. They wanted to steal him, they say. Team Rocket. Dirty Team Rocket. Stop! The Rivals arrived, and protected Kim, despite the fact they were rivals, they were all still friends. The rivals and Kim felt the need to rebel Team Rocket, they taken over control in Radio Tower. They had to rebel. It was necessary. So they banded together as a group of Rebels. They dressed as Yankees, but nonetheless did as much as they could to rebel against the Team Rocket; Attacking their team members, Graffiti on their property, Sneaking into the Radio Tower and slowly taking out their members one by one. The group was known as the Four Suitors. Kim and Ruffles as the Hearts, aka the leader. They were successful, taking out Team Rocket out of Goldenrod. The group disbanded shortly after, back to their usual duty of becoming the League Champion. That never came to be. For the Epidemic arrived, Ruffles was now a Braviary, and is still the only Pokemon in Kim's team. The two fended off for each other, back to back. Fighting the Undead. That was when they were stuck in a sticky situation, Ruffles and Kim were surrounded by Pokemon that were hungry for meat. Ruffles got knocked out, but while conscious, he noticed that his trainer... Had abandoned him, running off into the woods. He blacked out. Now he's infected, the undead bitten him when he woke up. He wonders the place, looking for ways of making new friends. Trying to get the image of Kim abandoning him out of his mind. |

| Personality | Ruffles is an outgoing Braviary, despite is age, he speaks in third person and acts like a child. He's always seen smiling and often likes to strike up conversations. However, he fails to realize heavy atmospheres and is rather judgmental when others don't treat him the way he wants to be treated. |

Ruffles didn't have a straight mind at the time, and thought it was several undead that surrounded them, but really it was just one. ❦ Thien Kim is dead, and Ruffles found her body, however he thought it was someone else. ❦ Ruffles yearns for company, he wants new friends. He's like a huge Giant, he's big, but a nice guy on the inside. ❦ Ruffles is bigger than usual Braviarys, thus he has bigger strength, however his defense is low. Adopted from Ciana and TK. (lol) |
