Hmm. Depending on how you do the profile, I would think yes.
We already have Giovannis' Persian and N's Zoroark.
And since we are going by game canon, I would think it's acceptable.
Make the profile and submit it, and Mewtwo will let you know if there's anything you need to change.
You will of course need a shiny ticket though.
