Two quick questions

1. I know that when you deactivate a character you are refunded a ticket, but say that later on you decide to bring this character back. Will another ticket have to be used for this or not?

2. When a character switches teams, does its post count restart or does it continue where it left off?

1. I do not know the answer to that.
2. The post count continues after a team switch.

The answer to 1 is yes. You're refunded the ticket upon deactivation, you have to pay it back when you reactivate it.
