History:
Jackie was born outside of Accumula Town with her three brothers and two sisters. One day she foolishly ventured away from the family and was found by a young, new Trainer named Holly. Jackie was soundly defeated by the Oshawott Holly had, and didn't warm up towards the two and the Lillipup, Nikora, Holly also had. But Holly used twice as much effort to train up Jackie, as she was weaker than Gray (her starter, Oshawott) and Nikora. One day, when Jackie was about to evolve, Holly took her Pokemon to visit her parents, who lived in Olivine City. They were on the beach when a group of deranged Tentacruels flooded the beach, drowning many (including Holly), but Jackie somehow managed to escape from the floods. Jackie mourned Holly's loss for a long time, but eventually was forced to move on. The young Purrloin was very unfamiliar with the region of Johto, and had move on alone while attempting to avoid run-ins with the undead Pokemon that swarmed everywhere she went.
Jackie was very brave and learned how to survive all by herself. She trusted no one that she ran into, and Jackie could defend herself and knew the best hiding spots if the enemy was too strong for her to fight. Jackie did not try to take shelter with other Pokemon in fear that they, too, would become undead like so many others she had already seen. Jackie had an advantage in knowing the night as well as anybody and being able to hear the Murkrows if they tried to approach, and she never would settle down in a single place. The Purrloin encountered a young Gible by the Lake of Rage, along with a Weavile. Unfortunately for the Purrloin, a raging Gyarados crashed to the surface of the lake and attacked Jackie, pulling her under the water and infecting the Purrloin herself. The others, horrified by the loss of their new friend, did not know the Gyarados didn't get a chance to fully devour Jackie, only shredding the fur and skin on her flank and inflicting wounds all over her body. However, she had finally reached her evolution stage and evolved into a Liepard, stunning the beast of the water with the light. But it was too late; Jackie had become an Infected, and tear apart the face of the Gyarados with her sharpened fangs and claws. The Liepard escaped to the surface of the lake, mad with hunger and fury.
Jackie could remember very little of the incident of her death, but the only thing she thought was that Locke and Silver had abandoned Jackie for death, not trying to save her from the Gyarados. She thinks they played a part in turning her into an Infected, and is now scouring the region on search of the two....to rip them apart as the Gyarados had done. The tattered remains of her Red Scarf is tied around her paw, a lasting reminder of the incident.
