Telepathy Question

Is it possible for a psychic pokemon to speak to others through telepathy? Or will that be a form of godmodding since it would require the pokemon to have access to the other's mind?

And if it is, would it be usable as a primary form of communication? (Like use it all the time instead of speaking regularly.)

My Natu speaks telepathically to everyone.~
I usually don't let her read peoples' mind and such.

It is acceptable, as it is just another form of communication.
Ana mentioned reading their minds; that is also fine to do if you just go off of context in the other members' text that isn't particularly mentioned by voice.
However, if a psychic is to take control of another, they need to ask permission explicitly before it's done.
