History | Skoll began life as a bred-in-captivity pokemon to a Team Rocket Hatchery. He never knew the freedom of the wild or any of that nonsense... No. He was born, and then he was put to work, along with his sister, Ari. While she was not his blood sister, but an Archen, they were still close enough to be siblings. The two were an inseparable pair, and together, they trained hard and quickly, easily rising up above their fellows and peers. They were soon divvied to the higher Rocket grunts, and so, they were split. While Skoll missed his sister, he was not given much time to think of her as he was put to grueling work... "taking care" of sour Rocket clients. A pokemon for an assassin. He killed his owner's targets easily, his blades sharp and lethal. Heads rolled around him, and no human neck -or pokemon's- was of much trouble. He grew attached to only one of the other pokemon on his team; a salamence. However, the pandemic came quickly, silently, and he found himself in the midst of chaos. In a strange act of generosity, the owner released them all, but Skoll and the salamence were separated by the hordes of infected swarming the city. Skoll ran, and soon regretted it. Now, he scours the land for signs of his friend or his sister in hopes that they had escaped just as he had. |
Appearance | Taller, and therefore, heavier than normal scyther, he's lean and lithe. While his stature is not truly bulky, the streamline body lets him move even quicker, deadlier than his brethren. His usually expressionless face doesn't change even as his lethally sharp scythes cut through his opponent. He has no visible scars. |
Personality | Skoll is not an emotional pokemon, nor a sesitive one. He was bred and trained for assassination work, and it definitely shows. Distant, the only subject or pokemon that truly seems to get him to show any emotion other than irritation is his pseudo-sister Ari. He doesn't really like being ordered around, having been so independent for so long. Any laughter is usually made with a smirk, not with the usual happiness one hears behind it. An onlooker could describe him as miserable, but he's so detached from himself, he can't tell. Killing is easy, but not enjoyed. It's his job and that's all there is to it. Resolute, resourceful, and ruthless, it's hard for Skoll to make any friends, or at least get beyond the point of acquaintance. Social skills are... not his forte. |
User Notes | Not a fan of children Looking for his sister |

History | Ari's life was always about the fight. Since she was born in a breeding center for Team Rocket, the first day into life was dedicated to fighting and growing stronger. With her psuedo brother, Skoll the scyther beside her, they fought tooth and nail to the top, pushing down any other pokemon that got in their way. Impressed with their success, the Rocket caretakers distributed them to members of the Team and they never saw each other again. While Ari missed her adopted brother, there was no time to mourn or grieve. She was quickly put to work. Killing pokemon and humans alike, thieving and causing general chaos and mayhem, she and her trainer came and went as they pleased, taking whatever they wanted, including others' lives. And she loved every moment of it. Fighting was her home, her love, her comfort. Beating the crap out of others was not mere amusement, she knew it was the entire reason she was born and brought into the world, and by God, she was going to be the fucking best at it. Even with her shit ability. Then, of course, the pandemic arrived. In one fell swoop her team and trainer were killed or infected, and she finished off those that threatened her. However, instead of despairing, she reveled in the new found freedom. She could go on rampages, killing dozens or hundreds or THOUSANDS and no one would care... She patrols the city of Celadon now, her home and territory, looking for any foe to kill. |
Appearance | When first spotting this ancient pokemon, the first noticable thing would be the confident, arrogant, prideful smirk adorning this bird's face. Ari is notorious for never backing down from confrontation -except when she's on her death bed, and even then, it's a gamble- and it shows in her strong posture and lithe body. Sharp teeth, sharper claws and a deadly tail adorn this warrior, and one would be smart to not cross her. |
Personality | Ari is, again, all about the fight. The thrill of battle is a keypoint in her personality, as her confidence, her pride, slight sadism, and her somewhat addiction to adrenaline are all linked back to the battlefield. She revels in it, and truly believes that she was born for this epidemic, to not only survive, but to flourish. She's a thrill-seeker, easily becoming bored with every day life, and since the epidemic, she has truly become alive. However, this double-edged sword also influences her to take unnecessary risks and make rash, illogical decisions. She is one to go all-out, balls to the walls against an opponent, and even bleeding, she'll go back for more. |
User Notes | -Despite being a warmonger, she cares deeply for her pseudo-brother, Skoll and, when not killing infected, is looking for him -Curses like a sailor -violent tendencies |
