User Note-
This cat wasn't meant for battle, but it can still hold its own in a fight. It has always been owned by humans with high standers on looks, wanting nothing less the perfection. Because of this, it has become pampered and is not very strong. It is a rare sight in the wild, but the wild ones seemed to be more cunning then the ones owned by humans, much like the ones owned by trainers.

The notes don't make sense when correlating with the stat build. I like that the stats mimic that it was not meant for battle, but it should not be able to really hold its own in a fight if it has such low stats. Its attack should not go under Persian's, so maybe Moderate ATT instead.
