History:
Carrie was raised by one of the most well known breeders in all of Hoenn. She was happy with this breeder, but business was business, and she was sent to a trainer.
Her name was Margaret. She was the meanest coordinator in the competition. She raised and evolved Carrie into a Froslass, despite her protests. She was beaten whenever she lost a contest, even if it wasn't her fault. Even if another one of Margaret's pokemon lost it, she would go right to Carrie.
Over time, rivals developed between Margaret and some other coordinators. The fights would become more violent to the point where security was called in to break it up. When she was kicked out of the contest hall, guess who she went to so she could take her anger out? Carrie.
Some time later, Carrie was set for a judging from top judges in the land. She and Margaret went for Slateport City for the contest. The only problem now was that she was weakened from the constant beatings. She was bruised all over, and she was in terrible shape.
One of Margaret's rivals hatched the perfect plan for humiliation. She bribed the judges to announce Margaret and Carrie as the winner. The judges took the bribe and they won.
They took center stage. All eyes on them. Everything was drowned out by cheering. Margaret hugged Carrie, for the first time ever. Carrie was happy.
The string was pulled. A splash of red liquid came down on them. It was Grumpig's blood. It wasn't infected, even though the infection did exist at the time. Carrie got hit the worst. Some of it splashed on Margaret too, hitting her white dress. The judges then announced...
"Our apologies, ladies and gentlemen. The real winners are Susan and her Milotic."
Susan walked on stage, pushing the blood soaked contenders out of the way. Everyone was laughing at Margaret and Carrie. Margaret was now angry. She beat Carrie mercelessly. Screaming at her. She even smashed one of the crystals on her head. Carrie had enough. She wanted revenge on Margaret. Margaret didn't know it at the time, but she taught Carrie the one move that would result in the deaths of everyone in the hall, including herself.
Psychic.
Everyone was killed by the psychic, which was so powerful that it didn't take long for death to come upon them. Carrie broke out of her rage, seeing all of the bodies. She cried herself to sleep that night, hoping that death would claim her too.
Staying out of the path of the Epidemic, she has kept herself inside the same contest hall where the murders took place. She's felt guilty, alone, and ashammed of herself. She hopes for safety, and hopes to find friends among the mess she's created.
