Helena Beat was born in Snowpoint, along with her brothers Oliver and Walk. The female Eevee was the most carefree and hyper of the siblings, the one who was hard to handle. One day Helena wandered away from her family, and into the actual city of Snowpoint. Almost immediately after encountering humans, Helena was captured. Though most Pokemon would've been outraged at this, Helena didn't really care. She liked the raven-haired guy who had captured her, and quickly warmed up to the rest of his Pokemon. It was this dude who would mold the present Helena's personality. He introduced the Eevee to alternative rock music and parties that appealed to Helena's easy-going and carefree nature, and she soon forgot her family. Helena Beat became a huge party rocker and her trainer's (Ryan) best friend. Helena also became Helena Beat, a nod to her new lifestyle. She also began to participate in battling, and even though partying was life to her, the Eevee held promise. Helena Beat tagged along with Ryan as he traveled across the Sinnoh region, occasionally slipping away to find a party or two in the big cities. After all, nobody could seperate Helena Beat from a party, but she did find time to help Ryan against Gym leaders. Helena Beat evolved into an Espeon when she defeated Maylene's Lucario, and in celebration, Helena Beat got to learn some new moves. It was followed by one of the best parties-and headaches-Helena Beat had ever thrown.
About two years after Helena Beat left her family behind for parties, she had a run-in with her older brother Oliver. She had wandered away from Ryan before encountering him, but it took a while for Helena Beat to recognize him, as Oliver had evolved. The Espeon's brother asked for his sister to come with him, concerned for the direction her life had taken. But Helena Beat refused, too drawn to parties and Ryan to leave them behind. Oliver tried everything, but there was no changing Helena Beat's mind. Unfortunately, she could not find Ryan anywhere; for some reason the guy had left his Espeon behind. Helena found the scent of two of his Pokemon, Chell and Sirius. She followed it to a large, eerie building in the middle of the Eterna Forest. Only Helena Beat wasn't afraid at all, and ventured inside. Ghosts couldn't harm anyone, but unfortunately, zombies could. Chell and Sirius were definitely there, but they also tried to KILL Helena Beat! What the heck?! Helena Beat fought them off long enough to escape though, thoroughly unfazed by the incident. Those two were just crazy.
It didn't take long for more zombies to pop up everywhere. Helena Beat, cursing the zombies and their gate-crashing ways, once again started looking in the cities for more insane bashes to be in. Too bad Hearthome didn't seem to have many parties.
