Giratina knew that the golem was returning as instructed. If he was indeed needed in Johto, however, the ghostly dragon would have to leave his realm of dreams and shadows and enter the world of the living...and that was no easy feat. Arceus himself had imprisoned the Renegade Pokemon here. Getting out to defend this place was something that Giratina needed to do.

Return to Snowpoint Temple and go back to sleep, Regigigas, that I may plunder your dreams and see this epidemic for myself.

Giratina gave a growl of frustration and lashed his tail. He would bide his time until Regigigas reached his temple, and it was probably to be spent spying on the dark, depressing hearts of the Pokemon in Johto trying to survive the infection. More sleep would be lost, and more information would be gained; but in the end, Giratina was not happy about the entire mess.

Somewhere over Western Johto| Late Afternoon (11)

Lugia turned to see Regigigas and Regice turn toward the sea, and he couldn't help but wonder if the two were going to be ok... He frowned. If they wanted to go another way, it was up to them...

He continued in the direction of Ecruteak, his psychic abilities easily destroying any Infected that dared to come near. His mighty wings created winds that blew any airborne Infected back down to the ground where they belonged. He saw the Tower in the distance, his heart racing a bit.

Will the other Beasts be there? Could some terrible catastrophe have taken them? He looked back momentarily to the other Legends following behind and shook his head. No. He had to have faith they were all right.

    He had to...

    Rt.38, near Ecruteak City| Late Evening (11)

    Suicune snorted in anger.
Squatting outside of the city of Olivine was what seemed like some sort of defense facility. The humans had barred the entrance to Ecruteak and tore down the beautiful thick forest surrounding it to put this enormous hideous structure up in its' place.

    Ugh...humans. Harmful, even to themselves...
Suicune growled as he gazed at the formidable gray walls, topped with a sharp, coiled material the humans called 'barbed wire,' and strange black objects that lined the walls. They appeared to be weapons, but Suicune was unsure of its' use.
What is this?...brothers, do you think this a fortress the humans made for themselves? Suicune asked, as his fellow legendaries approached. He showed a great concern when he noticed the land surrounding this structure was littered with the corpses of dead pokemon, both infected and uninfected.

    What atrocities have happened here...

He could not see any entrance, but he knew that there was something terrible inside waiting...the whole place was overwhelmed with the stench of rotting flesh and old fear. The walls were stained in bloodspatters, and the bodies of pokemon were numerous near the walls.

These pokemon...some of them were owned by humans. Look, some have human-made objects adorning them...
The aurora pokemon looked on in obvious pain, as he gazed down at what remained of an Ampharos wearing a tattered red scarf, skull shattered and its body riddled with bulletholes.

Some of these corpses show no signs of infection...Why would they do such a thing...? Suicune whispered, mortified by the humans' overwhelming violence and betrayal towards what appeared to be their own partners and friends.

The legendary heard a strange buzzing, but he could not place the sound.
Brothers, we should investigate...but be on guard. Suicune stated firmly, as he leapt over the towering wall effortlessly.

What awaited him on the other side, however, was something he could never have been prepared for.

Blood colored the floor an ugly crimson.
Humans, piled high everywhere he looked. On top of those piles were hundreds of black, greasy, feathered bodies...feasting on the decaying, bloated corpses.
And at the sight of fresh meat, countless infected Murkrow erupted into the blood-red sky like an ebony blanket of death.

    Oh, dear Arceus...

Within the Human Refugee Fortress| Dusk

There was no sounds other than his undead brethren and minions stalking, wandering for new prey. Their echoing calls resounded throughout the corridors, hungry and almost lonely. Lonely, a figure mused as it sat neatly perched on a desk. ...As if they were capable of such an emotion. If his beak were to allow it, he would have grinned.

He stretched his wings, not feeling any strain or pain. He rather enjoyed the afterlife. It had granted him what living had not: invincibility. He could feel no pain other than the continual gnawing of hunger. But aside from that, he was not a victim of a disease. He had no worries of food or water, no threat of death, no concerns of the world around him.

    He was free.

With that knowledge, he knew he was indestructible. No pokemon, no human, nothing would be able to stop him and his army. Which was why he and his flock had obliterated the human fortress. It had just been so easy, even with their technology and anti-airborne weapons...

    Pathetic.

Then, his murkrow sounded, cawing hungrily and viciously. He found it odd; with the terrible stench of death, normal uninfected never wandered near the fortress. He made his way to the open bailey, where he had massacred the humans, and amongst the circling tornado of his minions, there stood something he had never thought he would see.

A Legendary. The beautiful flowing blue locks of fur and the immense, glittering crystal atop its forehead gave away its identity-- Suicune. The others, Honchkrow wasn't too sure about. It didn't matter anyway. He mused happily at the fond memory of another Beast, falling to the Infection... What could this one do that the other could not?

The thousands of Murkrow within the bailey circled and attacked at the many other Legends, keeping them somewhat distracted. He immediately let out a guffaw, whether it was from surprise, joy or mere enjoyment, he wasn't even sure. "Well, well... Suicune, yes? How delightful!" He stepped out more, opening his wings and taking flight to the top of the wall to look at the entire group. "You flatter me, coming all this way just to die like so many before you." He turned and saw a glistening clear hulk; another Legend, that was lagging behind. He scoffed.

"I'm not sure what you and your band of merry Legends intended on doing here. All of the pokemon here have been turned or killed, as well as any moronic human that tried to take shelter here. But it is nice that, after the immediate crisis began, you finally got around to trying to do something. Not that it will do much good now... He took to the air, the murkrow almost acting like a deep black cloud of death and disease that surrounded him utterly, cloaking him.

"However, I will leave you in peace to explore this place; there are some rather intriguing gems yearning for discovery. It's the least I can do for my mighty Legends." He seemed to bow, his head dipping down before heading toward the glistening creature lumbering about. "In exchange, I'll take the creature lagging behind... this world has no room for sloths. After all, it's not the first Beast I've taken down..." With that, he soared off, his dark cape of murkrow following him religiously, toward the Ice Golem.

With speed unknown to any living Honchkrow, the rotting bird dipped down and attacked mercilessly, taking eyes out and smashing it to the ground with attacks as the Murkrow followed suit. The other Legendaries, helpless as the Murkrow that stayed attacked, could only watch as, before their eyes, a Legend was killed. Honchkrow pecked out a Braille eye and swallowed it triumphantly, for he knew his power, he knew his potential. No pokemon would be safe. This was the future. This was how pokemon were meant to be.

    Invincible.

    Near Ecruteak|Dusk(5)

The forest was gone, and this...wall was in its place. The humans... this is truely idiotic. The dead Pokemon corpses made her heart tug. How could the humans kill innocent Pokemon? How could they go this far? This angered her plenty.
She slowly flew over the wall. The blood on the floor shocked her, and sickened her. An infected Murkrow flock in the air, she prepared herself for attack.
    And then...she saw Honchkrow.
He had dived at Regice, and the ice golem was thrown to the ground. Latias was in shock. Was a fellow Hoenn legend..dead?
She wondered, could she use Heal Pulse? No...it wouldn't work. The ice golem was...gone.
    There came the anger.
She put a safeguard around her fellow legendaries, protecting them. She didn't want anymore harm to come to any of her legends.
    ...You...you bastard...

    Route 32 | Near Ecruteak

Deoxys paused, turning slowly to see his fellow Legendary, struck down with power he'd never seen before.
The Ice Golem, that could withstand heat higher than that of a Volcano's... struck down by a Honchkrow?

The Purple Crystalline Organ in his chest dimmed slightly, as Deoxys closed his eyes, his hushed telepathic voice ringing through the heads of his fellow Legendaries, May Arceus bring him Peace, for attempting to fight...

His body then lightly began to glow, his tendrils twirling in anticipation as his body suddenly became slimmer, and more stream lined, his 'ears' became pointed, and curved backwards, a third growth, longer than both of the 'ears', growing backwards from his head.
His Tendrils melted together, leaving only one for each shoulder. He knew he couldn't hurt Honchkrow, but he could at least find other Legendaries who maybe could...

He kicked downwards, before hurtling off into the air, Your Days are numbered, Honchkrow! Enjoy them whilst they last! he telepathically cried, before hurtling off in the direction of the Lugia and Suicune who had left before them.

    Reverse World||Our World's Dusk

Giratina viewed the dreams of the behemoth Regigigas through a mirror in what may have been a post-apocalyptic apartment building. Rage flared in his age-old heart; so the human who had dared to awaken the massive golem lost his family and succumbed to the disease himself, eh? Tragic. A low snarl left the formerly-disinterested dragon's gold-plated maw...if this disease was not controlled, it would certainly come to Sinnoh and eradicate its population as well. That meant it would threaten the balance of his world...

Sighing, the massive serpentine dragon turned his head upward and pushed his long body out of the apartment and into the sky, curling and slithering through the distorted clouds. The Renegade Pokemon slithered to the ground on a street, where he located a rather large puddle. Reflected in this puddle was the murky depths of Turnback Cave, a known entrance to the Distortion World. He quickly checked one of the three half-moons curled around his neck to ensure that his Griseous Orb was tucked away safely; he would need it to make a quick return, as he could only travel between dimensions in his Origin Forme. With a loud screech, the serpentine dragon dove into the puddle and left his home with a heavy heart. It was time to put his Knight into play on the chessboard of Johto.

    Turnback Cave||Dusk
[[OOC|| Since Giratina will not be in Altered Forme for very long, I will maintain his image as that of his Origin Forme. ]]

Immediately gravity took effect on the ghostly dragon, converting him to his Altered Forme. He gave a disgruntled growl as he lifted one of his six legs and gave it an experimental wiggle; how ungainly these things were. He immediately retrieved his Griseous Orb, which had fallen to the cave floor when the crescents around his neck changed shape, with the tip of his tail. He quickly shifted back to his more lithe and streamlined Origin Forme, holding his Griseous Orb tightly in the end of his tail; he needed to reach Johto quickly. With a loud cry and a strong ominous breeze beneath him, Giratina took off through the cave and out into the world of Sinnoh, tentacles clawing the sky as he wormed his way through the sunset-painted clouds. With any luck, he could be in Johto by nightfall. He would have prayed to Arceus, but he was not as just and devout as the other Legends...that bastard had banished him to the Distortion World for his violent behavior.

    By that token...
    Kekekekekeke...

The forest North of Ecruteak | Dusk
    He awoke.

Night had fallen, and the Dog of Thunder shook off his daytime sleepiness with bloodlust in his heart. This despicable infection...those despicable Harbingers...they would feel his sting, by Arceus' plate -- the sting that only lightning bolts could deliver. He got to his feet, ignoring the twinging of his muscles still stiff with sleep. Letting out a huge yawn, mouth walled in by massive fangs, the great sabre-toothed canine stretched his long back, easing the tiredness from his muscles and bones. His short tail brushed the ceiling of the cave he had slept in for protection; but the time for sleeping was up. He moved to the front of the cave and used his slender but powerful shoulder to push aside the huge boulder rolled over the cave mouth. Outside, the bleak, ash-choked world of the Infected greeted him, dark like the feathers of so many Murkrow the great Thunder Pokémon knew were there.

Raikou smiled, fangs glittering ominously in the far-off light of smoldering Ecruteak. The game was on.

With an earth-shattering roar, a thunderbolt fell from the heavens, striking the dog's tail and illuminating the area, along with the hoards of Murkrow crowding the trees. Raikou let another roar tear from his throat, calling another bolt down from the murky clouds and channeling it through the purple mane sweeping down his back; the energy dissolved into thousands of smaller bolts, and he Discharged them from his mane, shocking the hoards of Murkrow into unconsciousness, decaying bodies fried and crackling with static electricity.

Suddenly, a telepathic cry struck his brain, and he paused to listen: 'Your Days are numbered, Honchkrow! Enjoy them whilst they last!' The voice was mysterious to the great dog, but the menton of Honchkrow boiled his blood -- that bird had avoided his Thunder for too long, and the time to end it was at hand. He smiled, a content growl leaving his lips like the hiss of electricity. Then, with a bark that sounded like thunder and lightning, he bolted, kicking up dust and ash as he streaked towards Ecruteak, the area he had heard the voice come from.

    Human Fortress| Dusk (12)

Lugia, in all of his days of fending off humans and pokemon alike, had never felt so helpless, so weak. How, in all of Arceus' creation, could a mere Honchkrow be able to outwit, overpower and outright KILL a Legendary?! As the great ice golem's body fell, cracking and splintering into a terrible shower of ice shards. The murkrow and the Lord Harbinger feasted quickly, and the latter took his own trophy; an eye of the golem and swallowed it whole.

No... NO! You... damnable... MONSTER! he cried, his mental voice ringing accompanied with a beastly cry as a mighty aeroblast disintegrated any Murkrow still attacking him. His rage unbound, he launched an aeroblast at the diseased bird, but missed, just like everyone else. In his fury, he shot another at a nearby mountain, cracking the stone face.

In his exhaustion, he landed heavily on the ground, shaking from rage and, though he didn't want to admit it, fear. What sort of beast could kill a Legendary golem...? Just how powerful was this disease? And how would they be able to counter such power?

He looked up to his fellow Legends, unsure of what to say. He felt drained, mentally and physically. Though, first things were first. He checked himself for wounds and when he found no substantial ones, turned to the others. Is... everyone else all right? Even his mighty mental voice cracked, weak from trauma.

    Human Fortress| Dusk (12)

    Is... everyone else all right?
Lugia seemed exhausted. Suicunes' pain overwhelmed him as the Legion of undead flew off into the crimson sky with thousands of dreary caws and croaks at their victory.

    I...am unharmed...

A deep dread had crept into the beasts' heart; and something he had never known before...fear.

The Harbingers' haunting words rang in his ears.
"...After all, it's not the first Beast I've taken down..."Suicune shuddered as he voiced what all of them had silently been thinking.

What...what had he meant by that...? Could he possibly have...taken one of the three?...
Enraged at this new emotion the bird had instilled within him, he let loose a mournful roar that echoed throughout the valley, filled with pain and anger.

Farewell, brother Regice...may you rest well...
He turned back to the complex, hanging his head.
Leaping up to the top of the fortress, he gazed at the devastation before him.
    What do we do?...

The aurora pokemon looked back at his brothers.
I suppose we should continue to investigate the grounds...I don't think any of them are coming back here...
Maybe the humans left something that could help us in understanding this disease.

He jumped down off the complex building and into the grounds themselves, careful not to tread on any of the corpses.

    Over North of Ecruteak| Dusk

Honchkrow flew effortlessly over the ravaged silent cities, his murkrow's endless hungry squawking the only sounds to approach him. The fact that he had taken down yet another Legend amused him to no end-- just how misconceived were the great Legends, the Myths of old? Were they really that weak? Or had the Infection made him that powerful?

He looked up, musing on his "newfound" strength. How fitting. He, the First Harbinger, the new Legend of this new land. He found it appropriate that with the other pokemon, their leaders and gods would fall with him. The humorous thought made him squawk with laughter; his murkrow did not laugh as well, but he didn't mind. He enjoyed being the only sentient creature.

He began to bank, his cape of minions following like an obedient school of blackened fish. He knew this way would lead him to his other prey, the creature he had been keeping a careful eye on. He searched the rocky mountainous region for it, and chuckled when he couldn't see or sense it. It had begun to roam...

He banked away again and rose further into the sky, sighting random Infected flying. No uninfected would be dense enough to take to the skies at this time of night... unless they had a death wish. He considered turning back and following the other Legends... He truly was curious as to just what they would find and how they would take to it. He enjoyed the broken faces and voices he heard when he destroyed the Ice Golem. He would like to revel in it again...

With that in mind, he turned and went back toward the Human Fortress, but kept his decency to keep back from them. He no longer had the element of surprise and, well, it was rude to kill them when he had just invited them in... and after the death of a friend... The honchkrow would have grinned if he could. It was simply proper for him to destroy them after they found out just what destroyed their home.

    Human Fortress| Dusk (13)

Suicune's words washed over him as the lithe beast slowly made his way into the interior of the fortress. What IF the Honchkrow had taken one of the three Beasts? Was he simply using the word loosely or was he actually referring to one of Suicune's brothers...? He shook himself slightly; the thought was too horrible to think.

I suppose we should continue to investigate the grounds...I don't think any of them are coming back here...
Maybe the humans left something that could help us in understanding this disease,
Suicune said, beginning his journey into the broken corridors of the ruin. Lugia sighed and looked to the other Legends, their expressions reflecting just how lost, confused and even scared they felt, reminding him of his own fears.

We should continue in. Staying out here may be dangerous... especially if he comes back. Lugia dipped his head down and frowned as his bulk took up most of the corridors. Don't try to turn around, Suicune. I'm uh... a little big for these hallways...

Don't try to turn around, Suicune. I'm uh... a little big for these hallways...
A look of confusion swept over Suicunes' face, which turned into quiet amusement as he looked over his shoulder at his brother Lugia, scooting and shuffling into the corridor.
Are you alright? Are you sure you won't get stuck?

He continued down the dark beaten hallway, scanning each room as he passed. Most of the doors were torn off their hinges or ajar, making it easier for the aurora pokemon to seize up what happened.

There's not many bodies inside...most of them must have been either killed outside or dragged to those piles...
Inside each room, there appeared to be beds, and a multitude of machines that the beast knew nothing about.
    What do these machines do?...
Were they hurting the other humans?

The air was dank and everything was heavily covered in the scent of decay and blood. Suicunes' first instinct was to turn and leave, but he forced himself to stay.
We have to find out how to fix this...
We can't let this disease destroy everything...

Near the Human Fortress| Dusk (1)

There was that stench again... that stink of the damned black bird... Entei growled to himself as he paused in cleaning dry blood off of his pelt... again. Staring up, he wanted to spot the black shadow against the orange sky and maybe, just maybe, hit the damn bird and eat it. But of course, he never saw it.

Sighing, he trotted off in a direction that felt right, which happened to be North. The Infected around him generally stayed back -for one reason or another- and really, he didn't care. He was tired of playing the hide-and-seek game.

As he ventured, he came across something he had never seen before... A misshapen glacier right in the middle of the route. He tilted his head and pawed at it, then retracted it as steam hissed at the contact. He frowned and looked back up at it. Just how did that get there? he pondered. He sighed and bounded to the peak, where he saw a few indentations which seemed to make a pattern. What WAS this?

His head turned at the sight of some movement in the cover of his peripheries. Hopping off the weird glacier, he trotted to the Human Fortress, where he had first met the bird. Maybe if I were to wait here, the bird would return and I could kill it once and for all... Grinning, he trotted over and breached the bailey with ease.

Then, a waft of a familiar scent caught his attention, one that stood out amongst the death and rot. His brother...

    ...Suicune?

Inside the Human Fortress| Evening (14)

Lugia paused as they ventured into the hallways as a strange scent wafted to his nostrils. What... is that...? He tried to turn and look, but found it difficult. Groaning, he shifted a little, trying to find a more... graceful... way out other than just backing up forever. How awkward and embarrassing for him, a Legend, to get STUCK.

    Suicune...?

The voice was deep and gruff, and he recognized it immediately as Suicune's fiery brother, Entei. Quickly, he realized that he was very much in between Suicune and Entei, and by the surprised, anxious expression on Suicune's face, he knew it was not a good place to be.

Uhm... I seem to be, uh... unable to move... Lugia mentioned quietly as Suicune's expression intensified. He gulped and shrank a little. Be gentle...

Inside the Human Fortress| Evening (14)

Further ahead of the giant legendary, Suicune had been exploring the tattered ruins of the human fortress. He could not focus fully, however, because of the shuffling and grunting Lugia was making behind him.
I am glad I am not that large...I wonder how he manages to be stealthy when it is needed...
Suicune thought, as he heard the massive beasts' weight change as he tried to turn around.
Just then, a musky scent, mingled with the stench of death, reached his sensitive nose, and his eyes grew wide. He couldn't believe it.

    Suicune...?
It was Enteis' gruff voice, and it originated from right outside.

    Thank Arceus, he is alive!
Suicune leaped over the rubble in the hallways effortlessly and bounded back to the entrance, just to be barred by the massive bulk of his brother Lugia.

Suicune began to pace uneasily as the winged pokemon struggled to get out, getting more and more impatient as time passed with no success.
Uhm... I seem to be, uh... unable to move...
Suicunes' mane waved violently in annoyance.
Be gentle... Lugia quietly said as he blushed in embarrassment.

    Look away.
Huffing and snorting, Suicune powered up a Hydro Pump, and aimed at the wall next to the feathered beast. There was an explosion of water so powerful, it shattered the concrete holding Lugia.
The building shuddered, but stayed upright, as Suicune thought it would.
Large chunks of the building flew outwards from the pressure, along with a wash of debris.

The water intensified the rotting smell, sickening Suicune as he got a strong whiff of decay.
Lugia shook his body free of the debris and dust that now covered him as he backed up and out of the hallway.
I apologize brother, I saw no other way, he said as he trotted by.
He searched for Entei through the settling dust anxiously, only to be greeted by a terrible sight.
Suicune let out an audible gasp and took a few steps back as he beheld his fiery brethren.
    Brother...?
    No....
    Brother!-

He shook his mane in rage and confusion as he leaped closer, staring with horrified eyes at his transformation as he circled the great fire legendary.
Your...your fur...your mane...what...happened brother?...his mouth was agape, horrified by what he saw.
...You smell of death...Suicune whispered, as he slowly stepped backwards.

Suicune could barely contain himself, his face contorted with pain.
    That bird....
    He was right...

Suicune looked down at the ground, not seeing anything but red.
    He took him...
His mighty body shook with rage as he loosed an earthshaking roar into the sky. The wind began to blow violently from the North, bringing dark clouds and stinging rain.
I will find that bird...and I will kill him...!

    Human Fortress| Evening (2)

It was a moment after he said his brother's name that an enormous pillar of water erupted from the side of the building, leaving a gaping hole in its wake. Out of it bounced his dainty brother, and he couldn't help but smirk. It was good to see the little fairy take care of himself.

However, the situation changed faster than Entei could keep track of. When Suicune appeared, he seemed glad at first, but then... he wasn't. Entei tilted his head slightly as Suicune took a step back and gasped in horror. Brother...? No.... Brother!-

Suicune came forward and circled him, sniffing him and looking him over. Your...your fur...your mane...what...happened brother? ...You smell of death... Suicune whispered, as he slowly stepped backwards. Entei gave a small nervous chuckle and shrugged his shoulders. Well, there were a lot of dead... things...?

    Suicune?
he asked as he stepped toward his brother a little.

He paused as he watched Suicune's face contort with pain.
That bird.... He was right... Entei scrunched his face in confusion as he tried to understand his brother's cryptic words. Bird... Does he mean the stupid black one?

Before he could ask, Suicune threw back his head and gave such an anguished and angry roar, Entei jumped back. The winds roared, mimicking his brother's and the rain came down in an angry, stinging onslaught. Now, he was even more confused, alarmed and a little frightened. Suicune! Calm down, you stupid girl! What's your problem? He looked down at himself; Suicune had mentioned something about his fur and such...

Look, it's just some weird coloration. Nothing to get so worked up over... He playfully pushed his brother like they used to when things were normal, pushing Suicune back a ways. And yeah, of course I smell like death. EVERYTHING smells like death! Quit being such a drama queen and calm down! he barked, wanting to calm his normally quiet and calm brother down.

    Human Fortress| Evening (15)

Suicune! Calm down, you stupid girl! What's your problem?
Suicune snorted in anger as his brother barked at him to calm himself. His blood was boiling with rage...he knew what the discoloration meant. He glared at the ground, too pained to look at his poor brother, who was completely unaware of what he had become. He was still so...himself. Still calling him names, even after...

Look, it's just some weird coloration. Nothing to get so worked up over... Entei padded over and gave him a playful shove. Memories of brighter days flooded his mind, making the aurora pokemon tear up as the momentum pushed him back into a puddle with a small splash.

And yeah, of course I smell like death. EVERYTHING smells like death! Quit being such a drama queen and calm down! Entei barked, scolding his younger brother.
    Suicunes' mind was racing.
    What do I do?
    My dear brother...he...
And how can this be? He's talking! He's acting like his old self! It doesn't make any sense!~

His thoughts were interrupted by rubble falling from behind him. He raised his head to find the source. Lugia was trying to clear himself of the rocky mess that Suicune had left.
    I..I can't...Lugia can't know...
    ...Nobody can know...

Suicune knew that he couldn't hurt his brother, no matter the reason- nor could he let anyone else hurt him either.
Quickly using Calm Mind, he cleared his thoughts of any pain and rage. The clouds quickly receded and the skies returned to their blood-red tint. Breathing deeply, he faced the fire Beast.

I'm sorry brother- you're right. It's just been too long. I was worried that you were dead. It is so very good to see you...
Suicune walked up to Entei, hugging him with his neck, resting his head on his brothers' mane. He felt a pang in his chest as the scent of the dead flooded his nostrils. But as strong as that was, he still had a faint scent about him of how he used to smell.
...Perhaps he is not completely lost...perhaps my brother is not lost...

    Human Fortress| Evening (3)

Entei rolled his eyes as Suicune finally calmed down and embraced him, glad that the drama had passed. Finally. So, where have you been? How'd you come across Lugia? He turned to where the great Legend was struggling beneath the rubble, trying to be careful to not destroy the building's integrity. Is he... always so...

He shook his mane free, keeping in mind that he couldn't throw insults -however funny and appropriate they may be- around a Legend twice his power and mass. So what is this place? You've been in it... obviously. I came here earlier, but that black bird and his posse attacked and I... decided it best not to keep going. Smells weird, anyway. He didn't feel the need to admit that he had to retreat in the face of the black bird and his minions. What's in it?

    Human Fortress| Nighttime (15)

Lugia shifted and struggled a little, feeling like a strange, awkward swine rolling around in a mud pool. He didn't want to disrupt the building's integrity and lose any potential knowledge they could obtain from its secrets; after all, the black bird had mentioned them to explore it. There was SOME reason he left them with the building...

He struggled a little and sighed as he remained stuck where he was. It looked like he was going to be stuck for... quite a while.

((OOC: And here I leave him for a while. :3 I'll be back in a week.))

    Human Fortress| Nighttime (16)

Finally. So, where have you been? How'd you come across Lugia?
    Is he... always so...
Entei looked at the struggling giant, looking like he was about to laugh, but then thought twice about it.
    Suicune glanced back and frowned.
Maybe he doesn't want to destroy the building further...
Suicune was a bit embarrassed at the gaping hole he made just to get out. His impatience made quite a mess.

We had met at Olivine, with many other legends. It was decided that something needs to be done about this new threat.

    The great beast nodded.
So what is this place? You've been in it... obviously. I came here earlier, but that black bird and his posse attacked and I... decided it best not to keep going. Smells weird, anyway.
Suicune turned back to his brother.
    Bold, as always.
I believe it is some kind of human fortress...so far we know that the humans killed many pokemon...those corpses outside of the wall are shredded with holes made by human weapons. The inside has what the humans call 'beds' and other devices I know nothing of...perhaps they were testing their human comrades as well?...
Suicune shook his head, trying to make sense of all of it.
He growled softly as he contemplated what the infected bird had said.

Yes, we met up with the black bird as well...he had hinted at something valuable here...but that could also be a ruse. Either way, we should continue to explore...we need to find a way to fix this...
Suicune turned his back on his brother to look up at the looming structure.
Maybe the humans found a way to cure this disease...

    Route 38 | Evening

Shaymin landed on the ground quickly as she transformed back to land form, Brothers, can you hear me? Shaymin arrived quickly. No one could hear me from Sinnoh. The little grass hedgehog scurried off towards the Ecruteak City, tripping ocasionally. Finally reaching the city, I've arrived... Shaymin looked side to side, Brothers, could you show me where you are? The city seems huge... The grass hedgehog sat herself at the entrance of Ecruteak City, hoping for a sign of her loved ones.
