You'll need the region in the title of the thread, along with what team you want to be on.
(Teams are named by areas within a region)

This thread is also to be created here so it won't be overlooked by admins.
But I'll move it for you this once.

Finally, you'll need a custom character image.
You can either make one yourself, or you can ask one of our artists to edit one for you. You can request one in the artists alley.
Once you get the image, replace your old jolteon image with the new one.

After that, your profile will be approved and you can start RPing.

but I thought the starting level was at 45, is what I remembered.

It is your max level, but only pokemon at a certain age level can qualify for it. Such as, a 3 year old cannot be level 45 because they have not had enough time in life to earn the experience. So the 30s and higher usually start at Adult.
