Harbingers and rebels will, until further notice, be able to float to teams as they wish. Standard rules for floaters apply. Floaters must remain on a team for 3 cycles unless other commitements remove them. Floaters may not injure or otherwise maim other team members unless requested, or given express permission. Requesting a Harbinger join your team will follow the same rules as contracts, and will require payment. Otherwise, Harbingers and Rebels may join teams as they see fit....
