History-
When Lil Blue was younger she would always fallow around her Older Brother. Who at the time was a Palpitoad. She loved to play and sing. When she's alone, she sings. One day her brother came back after a long journey. She was so happy to him. But before she could jump over to him, she heard something.
A song? Lil Blue said to herself. She has always been more sensitive to the vibrations that come off of pokemon and humans. Her brothers was different from the last time she heard his "song." As she calls it. Then her brother attack their Mom and Dad. Killing them both. He turned to her. Lil Blue swam for her life. She had always been the faster one, of the two.
Her Brother was catching up. So she did the first thing that came to her mind. That was to fight. She attacked her brother. Even tho she did not want to. She attacked him with a Earth Power and sent him flying. But, not for long. He came back at her with full force. Lil Blue had one chance, and she took it. She used Sludge Wave. The attack was still new for her, so some of it came back at her and left a small burn under her left eye. Her brother was blinded. So she turned around and swam as fast as she could. She has not seen her brother sense then and she hopes never to see him again.
