Togeren, the alt Togetic evo

I like the design, it's interesting.
But the shiny version is not different enough for it to qualify as a shiny.
I took a look at the shiny versions of Togepi, and its' shell/skin remains the same color, and the inversed red and blue are true to the original...

But I like our shiny versions' to compliment its' opposite nicely. So I would suggest the fur on the shiny be dark grey or black.
The markings can be green and yellow, or they can remain the red and blue, depending on aesthetics. Perhaps a desaturated coloration of the green and yellow if used?
That way it wouldn't be such a jarring combination.
You can also try different colors for the markings if you want, green and yellow are just complimentary colors for red and blue.

Whatever you choose, nicely done.
Edit: I really like the suggestion to Native American art designs. If it needs to be adjusted, I'd suggest going deeper into that area for its' anatomical changes.

Honestly to me it just looks like a realism version of Togetic. It doesn't look different enough to be a new evolution.

And why does it know Aura Sphere? A pokemon designed with a low attack wouldn't really have that in their natural move pool.

I agree with Mewtwo, as far as the design goes. Past the different markings, it simply looks like a more stylized togetic. You may need to revamp it a little. I like the idea behind it, though.

Also, I understand why you put in Aura Sphere, as Togekiss learns it. But as Mewtwo stated, a pokemon built around the idea of peace wouldn't likely have that move, and so I would suggest, to further the fact that this is indeed a different evolution and not Togekiss, to remove any offensive moves from its natural movepool. TM's, HM's, and Tutor moves may stay, as it would be the trainer forcing the pokemon to learn. But naturally? As a peace bringer, it would make sense.

Removing offensive moves from its natural movepool, though, is merely a suggestion and not obligatory.

However, I do have to vote down for now, as the design still needs to be worked on.

Changed the image so it doesn't look like a stylised Togetic. Edited the shiny so that it looks different from the others, and changed Aura Sphere, and Double-edge, to Heal Bell and Last Resort.

I hope these changes are fine.
