History Sade was born with a bit of an…abnormality.
Oh it wasn't much; hardly worth mentioning at all in his opinion but for some reason he seemed to completely lack empathy towards others at all.

It was why, as a Treecko, he was forbidden from being a trainer’s pokemon. He was not only unwilling to obey orders but he would mercilessly attack any pokemon stupid enough to get close to him. It took a while for his siblings to recognize that he didn't try and wound them because he was simply antisocial or easily angered. It just gave him a buzz. How far could a bone be twisted before it broke? That was one of the first things he tested on one of his sisters.
How long could someone bleed before they died of it? He tested that next on a Zigzagoon that belonged to one of the lab professors and didn’t understand what happened when his mother picked him up while he slept and abandoned him deep in the woods.
But Sade was never bored for long and soon he found lots of new pokemon to help with his play and left their cut up bodies in a trail behind him. It was easy too because he was stronger than them and kept getting stronger.
Soon word got out of this strangely violent Treecko and Sade was hunted by trainers with a dark intent.
For a long time he managed to elude them, this was a forest and the tiny gecko pokemon was well camouflaged but he would not could not stop and eventually the bloody trail he left lead them to his nest.

The Treecko was captured by a criminal organization and Sade rather liked it more than the forest.
Here there were more pokemon, more pokemon he had never seen in his forest and they were all different. Some had stronger bones than others, some armoured skin, others could withstand being electrocuted for much longer than others.
It was a place that had many more methods of making pain and measuring it than others and, because a pokemon so clinical in its cruelty was a rare and valuable asset, he was rather adopted by the lab technicians instead of experimented on.

They named him ‘Sade', because of his sadistic tendancies, although they later ammended it to Sadomasochismus after the treecko's reaction to a punishing cuff around the head for failure. They gave him a strange flat disk and with it Sade learnt a wondrous move he could use to cut other pokemon again and again without killing them. It was the perfect tool for his experiments, the move called False Swipe. With it he beat the caged pokemon to within an inch of their lives so many times that he actually evolved. Sade couldn’t be happier with the appearance of a sharp cluster of leaves along his arm that a move could turn into a blade and the two curled gripping claws on each arm that cut and crushed so well.

The scientists were less pleased. As a Treecko he had been a useful tool for measure the pain tolerance of pokemon but as a Grovyle he was a good deal larger, stronger and more willing to inflict harm on anything he could. If he managed to evolve into a Sceptile there was every chance Sade would start to torture them. They tied an Everstone around the Grovyle’s neck while he was ‘working’ and suffered some deep cuts in retaliation. It seemed the Grovyle had no idea what the small white stone did as he never thought to remove the necklace although sometimes he did puzzle over why he had yet to evolve again. Eventually, when the time came that he was done at the facility, Sade was returned to his pokeball and shipped to another region where he found yet more new pokemon, all with different tolerances to the agony he dealt and his research grew. He even stole a lab coat, rolling up the long sleeves past his bladelike leaves and filling the pockets with various torture tools as he started wandering around the facility like he owned the place. The other lab pokemon were much weaker than him, mainly scared rodent-like things and squalling zubats and, whenever he thought he could get away with it, he would trap them in a darkened room and take them apart.
Pain, pain was the key, he was sure of it.
Pain was what held everything alive together, feeling it and trying to escape from it. Pain was the key to survival and Sade soon found that pokemon such as Numel and Slowpoke were alike in their slowness to realize the damage to their bodies and other pokemon such as Dragonite and Metagross would attempt to fight longer against it. Pain was what living was all about.
He would understand pain and he would understand the workings of the world. That was his mission; it was why he had been given this wonderful gift of clarity of thought.

Sade packed up his items to move to another facility and rested for a while in the slow stasis of the pokeball. When he was next released it was by accident. The wooden case that contained the pokeballs of the lab pokemon was tipped over and as it fell, the release button of his Fast Ball touched the ground. The human Organization had been defeated and it’s members disbanded and They had left him behind. The pokemon of the facility, chewing through the wire of their cages to escape, took their revenge on the Grovyle and beat him savagely while the grass type lay on the ground and felt the pain consume him whole.
    It was beautiful!
He has always wanted to see how far hecould be pushed before he broke. The one pokemon he’d never been able to test on; himself.
In disgust of his satisfaction the mob spared him further damage and merely tossed the unconscious Grass Type back into the world.
Once again Sade wandered, homeless, bored. The leaves on his arms seemed to itch with the memory of all the tests he had yet to complete, all the pokemon he had still to learn about. His time in the lab had left him ignorant to the outside world. Even with his increased strength there were no more easy pickings. Pokemon had grown tougher it seemed to him and now they were not confined in cages Sade found out that any sign of his unveiled attentions resulted in further delays of his experiments and pain that always failed to break him utterly.

Sade did something very hard; he learnt to lie. About his origins, about his purpose, about his personality. He slipped on a mask of another self and, piece by piece, he learnt how to get others to trust him. He was accepted into groups, appeared to make friends, even sired children, all to distract from the moment when he would be trusted enough to be left alone with his target and the tests would begin. When he was done with their bodies he would swear the blood further across his skin and claim that some violent creature had come from the sky or the water or the ground and tore them apart. He even learnt how to cry for them, false crocodile tears running down his pointed snout. All to evade detection and aid his plans. When they grew suspicious the Grovyle would find another grass type, slice his leaves into them and use the tattered beyond recognition body to fake his own death. In this manner Sade travelled all regions.
Just when he thought his research was nearing completion he saw it. A pokemon with a pain tolerance far exceeding the recorded norm for the species, an abnormality in Sade’s research that sent a sick warmth from his head to the claws of his hands. An emotion that others would call rage. After he crushed it’s head in with his clawed foot Sade found it was not the only one. Strange pokemon with red eyes and purple on their skin that could withstand far greater pain than all others to the point at which they would continue fighting even without legs, even with their intestines hanging out on the floor. Sade killed them all permanently and became very, very interested. Data this new was not something he had seen since that first glorious moment when he had first entered the lab and seen all those new pokemon in their cages. This new data, these “infected” would revolutionize his research! Sade was overjoyed. The Grovyle retraced his steps through the places he had been, hunting down the infected and performing his experiments over and over again, gathering yet more data from both the living and the undead.

He'd toyed with some test subjects in Celestic Town, trapping them in the basement of an abandoned house for his own leisure. They had been strong fighters but he'd worn them out with the undead before he struck. Then they had the nerve to not be broken and had lashed out. The threat he thought he had neutralized ended up driving a fist through his chest. It had hurt a lot and he had coughed up a lot of blood as they had run away and left him there in a growing pool of red. He thought that this must be the end, his shattered ribs had pressed inwards and skewered his organs. He had choked and through the blood gasped for a breath that wouldn't come. He'd died like that, pathetically sprawled in his own blood.
Then his eyes had opened and things had seemed to flicker. He coughed up a solid stream of red and begun to move again. It was odd, his desire to cut pokemon to pieces and then eat them hadn't gotten much stronger. He had been carefully in avoiding contact with the bodily fluids of infected. Why was it he found himself without a heartbeat but still alive? The path he had to take was obvious, his experiments had to be accelerated.
Appearance Sade is a Sceptile of usual size. His green skin has faded in tone and become sallow and diseased looking. The yellow pods on his back have shrivelled as the disease has stunted the growth of the spores within. His chest is a sunken bloodied pit with protrusions of broken bone from his shattered ribs. Blood has flowed over his mouth and chest and dried there. The back of his coat bears a splash of red from where the blow has nearly torn a hole straight through him. His eyes are as bloody red as the markings around them but they gleam with intelligence. Sade is also noticeably skinnier then a normal Sceptile as he often neglects himself when he has an experiment to focus on. His main defining feature is his lab coat. The coat’s sleeves are kept rolled up to avoid damage to it or his arm leaves. It is somewhat tight on him, being designed for a human and has become speckled with cuts and burns from the attack of a charmander. Sade is also rather tall for his species.
Personality Sade is merely a very determined emotionless killer. He does not kill others out of hatred but because he believes it’s necessary, the only difference is now he will eat his experiments after he is done with them. His research is literally torture. He enjoys starting to eat from the extremities of a conscious subject, watching the pain and fear in their expression grow, before he starts on the organs. He will admit to enjoying pain to those he is cutting up, after which normally leave him needing a lie-down for a while to calm down from the excitement. Even witnessing particularly brutal battles gets him excited. Now he is undead he no longer pretends to be normal and has instead become a vicious ambush predator. Waiting perfectly still in places where he is camouflaged he singles out the weakest member of a group, snatches them up with his speed and drags them away for his experiments. If he can't be seen he will mock his prey to demoralize them before he darts in for the kill. He favours slashing the tendons as the first move in a fight, paralyzing limbs of stronger opponents before he attempts to experiment on them. His intelligence has not dropped significantly since being revived as an undead except he has become noticeably more impatient. He spends much less time scouting out a group before attacking then he did when he was alive. When he gets carried away he finds himself eating his prey too quickly.
User Notes -Sade evolved when Narron the Ivysaur removed his Everstone necklace. He was killed in Celestic Town just prior to the time change.
-Based on an Idea from Tryvex

Sadists get a sexual or perverse thrill from giving another pain. It turns them on. More likely, he seems exactly like a sociopath to me, though one with a penchant for slicing things open.

Also, his moveset, he would not be able to know Giga Drain. His previous evolution doesn't learn it until 11 levels over his current level. Treeko learns it at level 46, and he is only level 35 and already evolved. It isn't possible.

Those are the only notes I have. Please revise and then I will look at him for approval.

Edited to Mega Drain which is learnt at an appropriate level as well as a few other details. I've also edited a few details of his profile to make his Sadistic tenancies more expressed then his sociopathic tendencies but I'm limiting his enjoyment of pain to a "buzz" rather than get too deeply into the sexual aspect.
