History:
Woe's history is perfectly explained by his name. He was always treated badly. As a Litwick, he was attacked on sight just for being a Litwick. They were afraid of him absorbing their life force. But what they didn't know was that Woe did not know how to do that. His parents, two pure Chandelure, died when he was just hatched. Woe could not even sense when someone would die. He was a Pokemon with no special powers. One day, however, he was captured by a trainer while he was trying to hide from others in Celestial Tower. The trainer's name he never learned. But, he was nice. He constantly treated him with kindness and never abused him.
Woe evolved into a Lampent at an early age, just at the brink of the epidemic. During the evolution, Woe gained a different ability. Instead of being able to sense death, Woe could sense life. His trainer and him were traveling down a common path in the Unova region. Then, they ran into a infected Scyther. Woe tried his best to protect his kind trainer, but the Scyther proved to be too much. Woe lost one of his arms and had his body severely damaged. But his arm wasn't the only thing he lost. Woe also lost the life of his trainer. The infected Scyther left shortly after the attack. Woe limbed to his trainer to see if he could sense any form of life. With his dying breath and energy, his trainer bandaged up his other arm to prevent him from losing it. Woe could slowly feel the last essence of life draining from is trainer. With one last breath, his trainer spoke to him: "Just keep living..." Woe tried to do as he trainer commanded, but he simply couldn't. He lost everything in life, he couldn't live on.
User Note
-Woe is usually always depressed, never showing any other emotion except sadness. It is rare for him to have a different emotion.
-Since he only has one arm, Woe spins when he flings his Shadow Ball.
-His broken "glass" sometimes lets heat or flames to escape on occasion
-Although he is always sad, sudden memories or events can cause other emotions to come out as well. Happiness is the rarest of them all
He's ready to be accepted into a team
Sorry if you can't see the picture, I'm not sure how to do it correctly....sorry
