Item: A cowboy hat!
Appearance
He's much like an average Mankey, with an angry face and hardcore eyes. Sheriff wears a cowboy hat that he treasures beyond comparison, and will literally throw a fit when anyone attempts to take it from him. He's more often than not riding on the back of Jailbait, bucking her to hurry up. Sheriff is a trained fighter, known for his showy confidence and forward attacks. He often forgets about protecting himself, going all out in battling.
Personality:
Arrogant to a fault, Sheriff enjoys being the one in charge and telling others what to do. Surprisingly enough however, he is actually a pretty decent leader, if not for his fits when things don't go his way. The Mankey has taken his role as an actor to the extremes, staying within his character as a gruff sheriff because that's how he was grown up to be as. He is not afraid to jump headfirst in danger, and if he is injured or loses a battle, he will not hesitate to stand right back up and demand another challenge.

Pokédex Entry: The head on its tail contains a small brain. It can instinctively fight even while facing backward. (BW Pokedex)
Item: Harness for Sheriff to hold onto as he rides her, blinders preventing her from seeing peripheral view
Appearance:
Jailbait looks much like any other Girafarig might be, a long and slender neck and strong legs to support both herself and her rider. She has a harness of which Sheriff holds onto and directs her with, and is often seen being pushed to go faster or harder by the Mankey. She almost always has a blank look upon her face, and although she does have her shining moments, the Girafarig is mostly a follower.
Personality:
Used to letting others make decisions for her, Jailbait doesn't have that proverbial backbone, preferring to allow others to suggest the endgame action. She's in truth a very caring individual and looks out for even those that don't deserve her pity, but she's so complacent in her actions and her words that many often take advantage of her. And she's okay with it, since it's all she's ever known. Jailbait is often seen with Sheriff on her back, and she is known to run long distances without getting tired.

History:
"And... action!" The director's voice blared through the air, and everyone fell into rehearsed positions with cameras readied and props prepared. From the camera's lenses, a realistic makeshift sandstorm began the scene, and the grand silhouettes of the two co-stars of the television series - The Sheriff and Jailbait. The two figures prodded through the 'sandstorm', and soon enough their identities were revealed. The starring roles were a Girafarig, and a stern faced Mankey riding upon her. With an angry caterwaul, the monkey bucked the giraffe into action, and the rest of the episode continued on.
As it turns out, the Mankey was bred to be in the showbiz, dubbed 'Sheriff' as the leader in the duo that was to become a grand hit; his cohort, a quiet Girafarig, stood on the sidelines, merely being trained to be ridden on. The both of them were paired up directly from birth, expected to become linked and grow up as close relatives. The producers told themselves that, once their show lifted off, their strong bond would show through the television screen to the audiences viewing.
Their plan indeed pay off, although with a hitch or two. Sheriff had grown to be rather egotistical, his self-glory cultivating as the humans tended to his every need. The Girafarig, named Ally from a caring crew member, was treated to very much the same, but when left by herself many noticed that she was oddly quiet and stared off with unfocused eyes. Sheriff, taking it upon himself to help Ally and find a ride (but mostly to find a ride), found some reins and hoisted the Girafarig. They've been together as such ever since.
Ally was dubbed 'Jailbait' for the show - Sheriff and Jailbait - which became an instant success with the children across the nation. Sheriff continued to gain popularity as a Mankey that was full of it, and Ally for being the air-headed but nonetheless caring sidekick. Everyday, nearly every minute of the day, they would rehearse, and practice, and film. There was basically no time for a social life for both these Pokemon.
Even when the epidemic first started and news cast out the pandemic to the viewers, the director of Sheriff and Jailbait continued onward with the show. When traveling from one set to another, they were ambushed, and although Jailbait realized the danger of the situation, Sheriff simply saw it as justice needing to be served. He skillfully maneuvered the Girafarig through the battle, slowly picking off the offenders.
By the time the fight was over, the humans that had pampered Sheriff and Ally were long dead. The Mankey figured they were acting, a kind of movie that they were not told about. With a gruff command, Sheriff galloped Jailbait further away from the 'crime scene', claiming that they were to find the climax for themselves, the cameras surely following them. The Long Neck Pokemon reluctantly adhered, trotting in the direction that the loud Mankey wished.
The two of them had been traveling the lands in pursuit of crimes ever since.
Negative's Notes:
- Sheriff continues to think the epidemic is part of the movie, although Jailbait knew right from the start
- The two are complete opposites, but they are unusually very compatible
- The pair have gone through extensive training to keep up their health and image for their show
- As per being actors, their attacks are very pompous and showy
